United States of AmericaThe parking lot needed to be cleaned, there was trash all around, not a good sight every time we pulled in and had to walk by it to the front entrance. The inside was clean, no complaint.
Loved the location being close to the airport and car rental. There were a good amount of dining restaurants near by to chose from. Most name brand department stores near by. The location was on a fairly quite street.

United States of AmericaThe staff was rude. The gentleman when we checked in had an attitude and short. Then everytime we left the hotel and came back our key didn't work. How? We paid in advance for 3 days so that key should have worked the whole time with no issues. It was an inconvenience to have to go all the way back downstairs every single time. Plus, no one answered the front desk phone anytime we called 🙄.

CanadaThe shuttle service was inadequate.My husband and I had a long connection flight and wanted a hotel close to the airport. The shuttle service was not available to take us to the hotel and to take us back to the airport. We had to pay exorbitant taxi fees to the hotel and then back to the hotel. This extra cost was unexpected. We could have used that extra money to stay in a more upgraded hotel with a better shuttle service . My husband and I were just looking for an affordable hotel close by the airport with a shuttle service so that we could rest between fights. We felt that Comfort inn’s advertisement of available shuttle service was misleading.

United States of AmericaCoffee machine in room nonfunctional due to missing part.. Almost no breakfast before 6am when I had to leave. Restrictions on luggage on shuttle not mentioned on website. Driver grumbled but took me after saying that I might not be able to take shuttle in morning because of luggage. Also had to wait an hour for shuttle on arrival.

Stains on floors. Ripped comforter, cable was out, elevator button dangerous broken, elevators not work, living room lamp had no bulbs, large white stains on lobby chairs and downstairs carpet. Icould go on. Breakfast was great, all from the desk ppl were excellent.

United States of AmericaI didn’t like the 100$ deposit requirement, my room did not have an iron , I asked for one and it was never brought to my room . The bathroom was out of toilet paper in the downstairs, I advised staff and hours later the toilet paper was not refilled . The TV Did not work in the common area . The elevator button was broken , the lamp and phone in my room did not work.

El Salvador- One of the reasons I chose this hotel was that they announced a free airport shuttle. After I made the reservation I found that the free shuttle has a very limited timeschedule. When I arrived, following teir instructions, I called the Hotel to ask for the shuttle. I was told that it wuould pick me up in 15 to 20 minutes. After 1 hour of waiting and several calls I had to take a taxi, because the promised shuttle never came. They told me that was due to heavy traffic, but when I went in the taxi all the streets were free... - Elevator was "out of order" all the time I stayed there. I had to carry 2 suitcases by the "emergency" stairs - As I came to have breakfast at approx. 8 AM there were no more scrambled eggs... The disposable plates for breakfast were the lowest quality plastic foam.
The hotel is located very near the Bush International airpot. Breakfast offered a variety of diary products an cereals, all in the small plastic packages. Limited offer of fruits, (only apples and oranges... no bananas or other). The room was clean and large.

United States of AmericaOnly thing was the elevator was out for the entire stay, and my mom is a elderly disabled lady. It was hard for her to go up and down to the third-floor to the first floor.. other than that it was okay.
I didn’t eat breakfast. I want to enjoy the coffee but, it was bitter. It tasted like the coffee pot wasn’t clean. My mom eat the breakfast and it was ok with her.

United States of AmericaMy first room was covered in bugs, dead and alive, from the bathroom to the bedsheets. The staff was very apologetic and switched my room immediately but it left a bad taste in my mouth for the rest of my stay. In my new room the bathroom tiles were sunken and falling apart.
The location was super close to the airport and the free shuttle was a nice bonus.

United States of AmericaThe bedroom have old and torn equipment, old carpets on the floor taht doesn’t smell good. The breakfast is not a breakfast, bad muffins in a plastic bag for example.
The staff was really nice. The location is good if you need to sleep closed to the airport. The shuttle is organized by the staff.
