We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaWe were given a nice room on the 3rd floor BUT as soon as we walked off the elevator we were hit with the overwhelming smell of BAD WEED that took over the whole floor!! You could tell they kept lighting up throughout the evening and THIS was supposed to be a NO SMOKING HOTEL and signed paperwork saying so... Luckily I brought a New Large can of Lysol Spray. After spraying & wiping down our room we had to periodically spray Outside & Inside our doorway to keep the horrible smell out as we enjoyed our Valentine's Evening. Would I have been wrong to bring Incense that has to be lit in order to combat the potential weed smell in your hotel?
Hotel location was GREAT! Close to lots of shopping & Local Attractions. The Staff went above & beyond yo ensure we were comfortable.

United States of AmericaExhaust fan in the bathroom was extremely loud and hurt my head when the door was closed. Also very thin walls to the hallway so if you have anyone sleeping on the pullout sofa and someone is conversating in the hallway or washing or drying laundry you will hear it. But overall great place. Just maintenance needs to fix the fan in the bathroom.
Staff was great and very accommodating. Anything we needed they were willing to help.

United KingdomIt would have been helpful to have had a nearby store or bar to visit in close walking distance, but in fairness this was out of the control of the hotel and staff.
Location was extremely helpful top get to the nearby stadium. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I was quite a nervous first time solo traveler and they couldn't do enough to help.

United States of AmericaI put a request to extend my stay, after several hours they never answered. Then I put a request to have late check out, still no one answered. Then my wife and I decided to leave. Several days at times there was no water in the water machine when we needed. Breakfast every morning is the same things (sausage, bacon, scramble eggs, bread) no changes.
The building was clean. I like the area it is located in. The pool was nice.

United States of AmericaI'd booked 2 queen beds and was given 1 king. The staff was very understanding when I told them I needed 2 beds. They were booked up and only had a king suite with a pull out couch to accommodate our 2 bed need. Although it did give us the 2 beds we needed, the couch bed was horribly uncomfortable. We were only there for 1 night, so it was tolerable, but we definitely would not have stayed a second night with it. Secondly, there was an exhaust type fan blowing from the main bedroom into the living room area that was very noisy. There was no way to turn it off when we went to bed.
The staff was very friendly, breakfast was nice and the king bed was comfortable.
