Had some issues with the key reader of my room. Had to have key remade a few times. But the staff were great helping me with this.
Easy to find, walkable to the convention center, free breakfast and WiFi. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.

The air conditioning blew right onto the bed. I got too cold, then turned down the temperature and got too warm. Maybe a deflective device to direct the air upward would be helpful. I ended up putting the rolling chair and my suitcase in front of the air conditioner to block the air from my bed.
The breakfast was good with lots of good options. The parking was good, very convenient. The surroundings were well maintained. The room was spacious and clean with a sitting area with TV on one side of the room and a desk on the other,

We had a great stay. The hallways smelled a little musty and the room also, at night, but it was super humid... so that's expected on some level.
Cordelia, on night shift was a BLESSING and the young woman working the breakfast area was FANTASTIC!!! Very convenient location to Irving Convention Center - quick and pretty walk through the canal.

The location is great, quiet large room enough ac and usb outlets for all my stuff. The convenience store had my favorite Hagen Daz ice cream and more. I was able to park right up front. Room AC was nice and quiet. The King bed had plenty of pillows.
I had a business meeting at The Westin Convention center it is literally behind this hotel but there is no road connection you must go out to the access road and go around and park again at the convention center. The hotel is cozy, parking was easy, the breakfast area clean and comfortable, the little convenience store was a life saver, the hotel is not within walking distance of any places to eat but all is close by. The room was very spacious AC/heater workes fine and was quiet. I love quiet ac's. Would stay here again.

Found one roach in the bathtub one morning. Doing maintenance on main waterline while we were there, but it didn’t interrupt our stay. We were next to the elevator, and it was loud.
The location was great for our purpose. Breakfast was okay. The room was clean & comfortable.

Bathroom wallpaper was peeling, mold in the caulking. I had to request new room keys because they stopped working but the desk clerk did not verify my id.

In town for concert at Toyota Music Factory. 10-min walk along paved path from hotel across canal to venue and retail area. Save you parking fee at venue.
