Staff left out signs on tables designating them as “CLEAN.” This seems like an outdated holdover from COVID. Just clean the tables after use, no need to announce it.

Pancake machine was novel. Omelettes/frittatas very appealing.

The beds are bit too soft and you sink in a lot, but some people might like that. The bathroom will soon need a little remodeling but it was acceptable. The location is right next to a busy road, so the traffic noise is pretty loud, but at least it’s quiet during the middle of the night.

The breakfast was pretty good. They did a good job keeping everything stocked. The check-in was fast and easy. The room is standard and they had plenty of TV channels.

The bed was really high up off the ground and not convenient to get on or off. Almost needed a ladder to access it!

Friendly staff, trash was emptied each day, and towels and wash cloths were restocked. The hotel was very easy to find and access as well as it was close to restaurants, stores, gas stations, and many sight seeing attractions.

We had one small run-in with the elevator where for a few minutes, we thought we’d be stuck in it. But after the doors finally opened and we scrambled out, I called the front desk to alert them and they were quick to send a maintenance team.

The property was clean, modern, and the rooms were lovely. Breakfast is excellent.

Lobby and breakfast area are very cold. This makes no sense. Why are you putting the airco so low, that we are obliged to wear a sweater to have breakfast? Put your jacket on getting out of your room till you passed the exit. Native American staff was speaking a sort of English and was not treating guests professionally. Maybe Americans like this informal way of communication, but I'm used to at least a minimum of greeting standards and articulated sentences.

Clean hotel an room. Easy parking. Room as expected. Breakfast as expected from Holiday Inn. In general I'm preferring to stay in Holiday Inns hotels than other main chains.

Our window blackout shade was broken. When we asked if it could be fixed or have a room without broken window shades we were told that we could have a blanket with push pins. It worked fine but that unacceptable for a Holiday Inn branded hotel frankly.

Good location for exploring the Falls and Lake areas, with free parking, complimentary breakfast with very good hot and cold options, friendly front of house and restaurant staff. Good facilities - laundry room, fitness room and indoor pool. Clean rooms, very comfortable bed, complementary tea /coffee, refrigerator and microwave in room.

I did not like that when we had to check out early, I got no cooperation from the staff when I asked for a receipt to prove that we had left early. The Express personnel said I had to talk to Booking .com to get a partial refund on our stay and when I pointed out that, a receipt from them would I help my case, I was told that they could not give me one because "They would get in trouble." How would they get in trouble?

I liked the fact that the staff that operated the breakfast was very helpful and kind.

The exercise equipment needs repair, including removal or relocation of a switch on the post of the upright bike so that it does not hit your knees while pedaling. I would advise trying to get a room that is not facing the highway since one morning there was a lot of noisy early morning truck traffic that made sleeping impossible. Products do not include a lotion so bring your own. The prices go way up during reunion, which is expected but a bit of a shock.

The hotel was well maintained. One ice dispenser on floor 3 did not function but was repaired in about 3 days. The pool was small but good for relaxing and children. The exercise room had a good selection of devices but both bicycles had mechanical problems that made them suboptimal. The breakfast was very good, well stocked, and the coffee was surprisingly good. The room was large and had a microwave and refrigerator, both of which functioned well. The hotel is close to a park and walking/biking path. The bed was firm and comfortable. The staff was good about replacing towels and products daily.

I couldn't get into the king bed. It was too high up! Why would you purchase such a bed? I needed a step stool to climb up

The elevator smelled awful both of them and the cup machine looked dirty so we never used it.

An excellent breakfast spread and the shower in the room was amazing.
