Location suited my purpose for being in that area. Restaurants and shopping close by was a perk. It was clean and quiet. Breakfast was very good and certainly saves time and money.

The door on the adjacent room are to thin, my 3 year old daughter and I were in the hall at 630 pm and could hear a girl screaming in the next room from what I can assume was fornication.

The only thing we didn’t like was our neighbors for the weekend. They were extremely loud even after the “quite time”. Nothing we didn’t like about the hotel.

We had a great time. The location was the adults favorite thing. The kids loved the pool and the breakfast.

Breakfast selection was nice. However, food in the warming containers was cold. We did not find a microwave to be able to warm it up.

Room was very nice, comfortable bed. Pancake machine for breakfast was a nice touch. Plenty of parking available.

Construction taking so long

I was thrown off a little when we showed up and there was construction taking place inside the hotel. The construction ended up not being a bother, but was just unexpected. The pool was also under construction. Everything in the hotel appeared to be in an updating process though.

The hotel was updated (paint, etc.). Our room was big and had plenty of room in our King Suite. The hotel staff was nice and welcoming. The hotel was also close to many places to eat and attractions.

The property was in reconstruction. The pool was closed, which was very disappointing.

The location was very centralized. it was close to many shops and restaurants. We stayed in a suite and I was very impressed with the size of the room.

I have nothing bad to say. Everything was neat and in order. The staff is friendly and always greeted us with a nice smile. In the summer they have a nice pool area for cooling off. Keep up the good work, I look forward to seeing the final renovations.

Traveling during the Covid restrictions for the past 2 years has been quite the challenge. This location has exceeded our expectations by providing an excellent hot breakfast with eggs/ egg white omelettes/ crispy bacon/ sausage/ hot fresh biscuits with gravy/ fresh fruit/ yogurts/ breads/ pastries/ hot and cold cereal. The cook on site is super friendly and you can tell he loves his job and takes pride in serving others. I have to say the breakfast was the best part of our stay. They are renovating this hotel, we were not disturbed by any sounds during our stay. Although the room needed updating, the beds were very comfortable and they even provided many different pillows to choose from to help with that awkward pillow situation.

Only issue was they had outdated yogurt-I brought it to their attention and it was immediately take min care.

Unable to accommodate early check-ins and the front desk staff did not even offer alternative. The noise due to renovation of the hotel.

I was disappointed that I was not able to cancel my reservation. I booked the room as a weekend getaway, but my traveling companion had to back out, and I did not want to come alone. However, I had to travel alone so as not to pay for a room and not use it.

Breakfast was satisfactory. The selection of items is always very good, and the staff was courteous and helpful. The attendant actually provided me with assistance beyond what I consider his job description. The cinnamon rolls are always delicious!
