Why have full breakfast in a location that’s tourist town.

Didn’t really care for the food. The breakfast times are a little short. The tv in the room was hard to navigate i think a guide should be provided.

Location was great walking distance to many stores. Room was good a/c was nice and cold.

The booking.com says 2 bedroom apt, but it's misleading because no such rooms exists in this hotel, it's a 2 double bed and a sofa suite. Aso, no free parking, I was charged $10.00 for 1 night parking.

The reception girl was very nice, the beds were very comfortable, decent breakfast.

It was a very busy time during our stay so sometimes the rooms might not have had clean towels left. We just needed to go get them and staff were very apologetic

Staff members put on an early breakfast for all the athletes and family before they headed down to the Ironman world championship race. Yes at 4.30 am the buffet was full of all the great food they had been serving all week. They went above and beyond and it was truly appreciated. So much kindness

Hard to fault anything to be honest, perhaps the fact that the pancake machine wasn’t working at all during our stay 😅

We were there for a Kona Ironman, ideal proximity to the event. Breakfasts were basic but good and done well. Room was quite spacious, plenty of storage and super clean. Great shower and bathroom in general.

The complimentary breakfast is not worth the name. It is a nightmare come true for anybody with a prejudice about bad US food habits. No fruits or regular yogurt available, everything offered was fatty and/or full of sugar. Considering what we paid for the room, this breakfast is just not good. Nice coffee shops with fresh and healthy options close by (but of course at additional costs).

Great location in the middle of Kona, convenient with parking around the building available for free. We were in Kona in the week of the Ironman for two nights and we appreciated the possibility to join in on the festivities around the competition thanks to the great location. The room was big (king suite was the only room left when we booked, so possibly regular rooms will be smaller) and well equipped.

Finding a parking spot can become difficult if you come back late. You pay $10/day(+tax)… yes, they tax the parking. I wish they had rice or potatoes with their breakfast luncheon meat, Portuguese sausage to cut through the saltiness instead of having biscuits and gravy everyday which is also salty.

The location is so convinient. It’s walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants and the farmers market. The room is very spacious with microwave and mini fridge. They lend out beach towels going out and exchange as often as needed. The staff are friendly, especially, Donna from the front desk. The house keeping are considerate about changing the towels. Pancakes & P.O.G. Juice for breakfast.

We arrived late at night after a long flight and left the next morning. The room was fine; breakfast was barely adequate. Our only real complaint was the exorbitant cost. For a quick one night stay, try to find something less expensive.

Pillows were soft. Lower floor was awkward and people from the parking lot could see into the hotel rooms. The elevator was down.
