You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaBathroom and shower specifically had issues. In order to have a warm shower, we had to let the water run about 15 minutes. This happened every time either one of us showered. Very slow to heat up. And never enough hot water. Also the lighting over the vanity seemed dim. Not very bright.

United States of AmericaThe air is our room felt stuffy as if there was no circulation. The bathroom has no air circulation and ventilation either. Every time we entered our room we felt muddy and humid as if ventilation is broken. One of the 2 elevators had an "out of order" sign for the whole period of our stay (2 nights).
Breakfast was awesome. The chef was very friendly and warm hearted. Food quality and quantity was good.

United States of AmericaThe TV in our room across from the couch was not working, there was no remote for that TV. Unable to enjoy the executive suite we paid for. Had to watch TV across from the bed. The bathtub was noisy when stepping in the tub. It was very squeaky. Maid service did not leave enough towels or replace toilet paper on last night. They also did not replace body wash provided by hotel.

NorwayI booked through you (Booking.com) this hotel to get two beds. When we came they gave us a room with one kingsize bed, blaming the external party we booked through. That doesnt help me. Don't sell rooms with two beds if you cannot deliver. This was not fixed the second night either. Only third night. Had to share bed with my 13 yo daughter. Ok for me. Not for her!
