The spa bath in the room was rather small, and the jets didn't work very well. Breakfast was a little underwhelming but not bad.

We got in very late, but the employee at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

The toilet seat was very thin plastic and sat crooked on the bowl. Bathroom door didn't lock.

Clean, decent breakfast and loved the rolling desk/table in the room. We wheeled it between the beds and played a game and ate pizza.

The room was nice big and spacious and was clean. That there was plenty of restaurants very close to the hotel.

Having a hot tub would have been a huge bonus as we had been driving all day. The beds were a bit hard for my liking but I'm used to a cushy pillow top. Neither of these would prevent me from staying again.

Convenient location along our road trip. Checking in and out was very simple. All staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, no weird smells.

Our room was not vacuumed upon arrival. There were crumbs of food and grass clippings on the floor. The soap holder in the shower had mold on it, There was a big crack in the wall continuing up the ceiling. The carpet around the walls and bed frame had a lot of dust, hadn't been vacuumed in a while. There was a ring of soap film around the jet tub.

The breakfast was very good. We love the pan cake machine!! the staff was very helpful. The location of the hotel was good. The bed was comfortable. We were surprised housekeeping came in and made the bed and placed new towels in the bathroom. Very nice surprise!

The bathroom sink drained slow and they allowed people to check in at 1am and have them running and jumping off the bed above us, and when we called to let front desk know, they excused them due to them just checking in. They also haven't returned my deposit that was suppose to be returned right after we checked out.

The place was good as far as cleanliness and attractions. My room was bigger than I thought and overall I liked the upgrades they've done.

Insufficient items for patrons

No hot breakfast, grab n go items were insufficient for holiday crowd, hotel seemed full. Staff were at their best and very helpful but clearly hard pressed to meet demand.
