You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No shuttle to stadium
Breakfast was good. Pick this hotel because we thought we could walk to metlife stadium However you're not allowed to walk and there was no shuttle.

Our stay was great. Staff was so friendly and helpful. Fire alarm went off our first morning at 745 but staff got everyone organized outside. Went for a show at MetLife and it was perfect distance

The front desk staff made me purchase a toothbrush because they couldn’t find the free ones. I asked them to charge my husbands card after I had him fax over a form saying I had permission to use his card and they still charged mine

Hidden fees, one bad apple at the front desk, some staff didn't understand or played like they didn't understand English. May frigerator became a freezer.
Free parking, complimentary breakfast and complimentary personal items, kitchen staff gave good service, a few front desk associate with good customer Service and nice size rooms.

We stayed there for 11 nights (work & business). They could not get the washing machine in their coin-laundry repaired during that time. Had to go outside to wash.
Helpful staff, good housekeeping, clean, good breakfast, good hassle-free 3 * hotel. Can recommend it for a shorter or longer stay.

The floors are extremely thin. The guest above us was up until 1 a.m., and we didn't get any good sleep . Jumping and running around slamming stuff. It honestly sounded like they were coming through the floor. Having kids when we stayed, the lady below us complained and said my kids were loud and woke her up at 7am, but they were not jumping around. So I suggested if you're going for a relaxing trip, do not stay there.
The staff was friendly and welcoming. The pool, room, and lobby area was clean.

As said in my other comment, the area itself really has nothing to offer but the hotel is good value and things are accessible from the location.
Although it isn’t an area where there’s really anything of interest it was an easy bus ride into NY and there’s a great Mexican restaurant next door. The staff were absolutely excellent and the room was nice. It was just a place to stay for us but we ended up actually enjoying it!

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the receptionist providing helpful information about the hotel's facilities and local attractions.The room itself was a haven of comfort and style.The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep, and the room's cleanliness was impeccable. The hotel's amenities were also top-notch. Location-wise, this hotel is conveniently situated, with easy access to popular attractions and transportation hubs. This made exploring the city a breeze. The bus stop to New York city is literally a 2 min walk away and the bus going to the New York City is an express service. Within 20 mins, you are pretty much in the heart of NYC. It was a big worry taken of my shoulder as if I had to drive instead, by the time i got through the traffic, I would definitely be tired. I loved the breakfast service. They had different varieties every day and I definitely ate to my heart's content. The staff were extremely pleasant. I requested for one hot chocolate packet for my daughter but the staff passed me a few and asked me to ask them whenever I wanted to. Definitely the best stay throughout my trip. Will choose this hotel once again when I visit USA again! Highly recommended

Breakfast was a little basic. If you can have more fruit, cereal and yogurt options it would be nice. The hot breakfast would always run out too. Seems like you did not have enough which is why I would take less food than usual.
