Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

The sofa sleeper wad not very comfortable for my 10 and 12 year old. Blankets were not provided for that but by going to the front desk they didn't ask any questions and gave us some.
Breakfast was wonderful. Our family room was perfect for our family of 6. The pool area was very nice and well kept up. We enjoyed watching the planes take off.

Airplane noise all night and there was a party of people who effected us this trip. Slamming doors and yelling in the halls

I did not like the additional fees for parking at a hotel I'm already paying to stay at. That was absolutely insane and unheard of.

We chose the hotel because it was close to the car rental and we arrived late in Miami. The Hotel and the rooms are clean, everything you need is there and the beds are comfortable. If you are looking for a clean hotel close to the airport this is the place for you. Breakfast was ok. The Staffel were friendly.

We had a great stay. Didn't get a chance to use the airport shuttle however because we had to phone for it and just coming off a long haul flight, my phone was not connecting. Ended up jumping in a taxi. Wish we could of just went to a meeting point at a certain time. We saw the hotel shuttle bus passing a few times but as you have to phone for it. We just couldn't get through. The cruise shuttle was great, cheaper than taxi. Breakfast was brilliant, husband loved the little omelettes. Staff were great, if the could understand our Scottish accents lol

Paying that amount of money just for a Saturday to Monday morning checkout was ridiculous. They couldn't even accommodate us with a roller bed for our friend.

Breakfast was limited, the warm dishes changed every 2 days. Other tables became an a la carte menu to order breakfast. we didn't received similar service.
Check in was very well done. Room was big but bathroom quite small.

I was a bit sad when I realized the hot tub was not working the day we were there. The water was ice cold!
I loved the fact that we arrived early due to a changed flight time, and they were completely accommodating. The man at the front desk locked up our luggage and let us hang out by the pool until he could have a room ready for us at noon. He answered all questions we had, and recommended a great place that delivered a pizza for us. Breakfast was great. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Plus, we utilized the shuttle to the cruise port. Easy peasy.

The cost of good location is the noise of departing aircrafts(however managable with earplugs:). Very basic breakfast.
Very convenient location before departure or after arrival to MIA. Shuttle available, car rental center within 15 min walk. Very spacious room.

Upon arrival, the provided room was dirty. We ended up being switched to a different room. This room wasn’t as clean as I would have liked but we made it work due to how late it was. The staff said they would talk to the manager about a discount but we never received it.
