The scrambled eggs at breakfast had the texture of a sponge. The room had a cleaner smell was overwhelming, gave me a headache the first night. Would be nice to have an outdoor space that you could relax because the windows in the room didn't open.

Everything was clean and new. Staff was friendly and it was conveniently located. Was able to check in and access everything I needed. Liked having a mircowave and a fridge since I was there for work.

The facility was clean and in a good, safe location near the highway. We received top notch service at every interaction with staff from front desk, to housekeeping and breakfast staff. The breakfast was really good.

We enjoyed the options and the yummy breakfast in the morning before our departure. The only room for opportunity would be for staff to monitor the temperature of some of the items. While everything tasted delicious, the temperature was luke warm-to-cold at best. The biscuits and gravy were delicious but barely warm. The eggs were also on the cold side. For those wanting to use your AARP card for the room discount, if you book through Booking.com, you will not be able to use your card at registration at the hotel.

The staff was very friendly the minute we walked in the door. We love the soap dispensers in the shower and items available to make our stay easier. We loved the lounge area, and the feel of the hotel was wonderful. The decor and furniture were classy and inviting. Our room was spacious and big enough for 5 adults to move comfortably. The wonderful breakfast before we departed was yummy. We travel a lot as a family, and we even appreciated the larger, more manageable luggage carts.

I booked two rooms...1 room for two nights 395$ Another to be closer to grandkids for 1 night 238$ over 600$ in rooms We were told the night before by NICE representatives that NO ONE was in 204 (next door or across hall) from 202. We were also told it would be NO PROBLEM with doing this. They both noted the account. But the next morning Saturday March 11th front rep. Did ABSOLUTELY nothing to help. I think her expression of us being an older interracial couple shocked her. She stated someone was in the room and would be staying for days, if so why did 2 reps say it was ok? She was not trying to help. She put us down the hall in 212. My wife asked the cleaning service if anyone is in room204, she stated NO! It's ok we still had a great time...God is good and we were not gonna let that hateful lady ruin it. But really sad we spent over 600$ for rooms and that's the treatment we received. Other two on Friday evening were great! But the hateful lady needs more training

The only thing I could have used was some kind of hook on the inside of the bathroom door to hang my clothes after a shower or bath.

Breakfast was great! The scrambled eggs get cold fast. Liked the egg wrap with cheese better the next morning!! Great coffee and orange juice too. Thank you for the great breakfast 😊 We enjoyed the variety.
