We had specifically booked this property because it had an indoor pool near our location of travel. Upon checking in the pool was not in service and had been out of service for two weeks.

Staff were clearly underresourced at the breakfast. Location is in the outskirts of Nephi so convenient for a road trip stop, but you don’t see Nephi unless you drive in there. Not a pretty location. Reception staff were polite but not particularly friendly or engaging.

The free breakfast was a great bonus. The selection included yogurt tubs, toast, pancakes, cereals, apples, pastries and an hot selection etc. The Denny’s in the gas station next store was ideal for dinner. The rooms were extremely comfortable and well thought out with plenty of hooks and small conveniences, as well as very comfortable beds (firm not squishy).

I was very happy excited about a new hotel in Nephi Utah and it did not disappoint. Everything about this hotel was great!

This is a comment on all 9 hotels we stayed in during our trip (Denver, South Dakota, Yellowstone, Capitol Reef and Las Vegas. The wastage of plastic/cardboard plates and cups and the plastic cutlery now used (after Covid?!) for breakfast is appalling - there appears to be no recycling going on at all. If you want to save the planet, pack your own plates and cutlery and take washing up liquid. Nephi is tiny - don't bother with the restaurant just up the road, rude staff who gave menus and expected immediate answer and check/bill given before we had finished first (only) course. Bring sandwiches!

Lovey new hotel (Nov 2022). Very clean, comfy and air con worked well. Friendly staff. Standard American breakfast. Only stopped one night so did not get chance to use the pool or fitness centre - but looked good

I got billed through booking.com, I also got charged through the hotel, so I ended up paying double. They said they would talk to the manager about our late check out as opposed to a second night charge and instead double charged. The manager was very prompt on getting back to me and getting things resolved. Excellent customer service and explanation of the policies. Thank you!!

Great location, Clean hotel, pool and hot tub for the kids. Nearby restaurants. The staff were helpful and Manager is exceptional.

The wifi login got switched late in the evening without warning; so, we lost internet access until we went down to breakfast (no answer at the front desk). The nightlight by the door was too bright and couldn't be turned off (presumably for safety).

Very new property; so, everything is in excellent condition. For a relatively inexpensive hotel, Holiday Inn Express does a good job of making it feel like a more-expensive one.

You state it is free cancellation but charged me 174.00 dollars and the ladie at the counter could not help me with then she said she emailed my receipt and did not I had to call and get it sent.

This place is brand new and was opened about three weeks ago. It smelled so fresh and clean! The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was quite decent. The staff was also helpful and kind. I wish I'd had time to partake in the beautiful new indoor pool and hot tub.
