Room and hallway was very shopworn. Room would benefit from updating, especially for the price charged.

What breakfast? One of the reasons we booked this motel was the included breakfast. When we packed up and came to the breakfast location there was no breakfast. Nada nada and no one to explain why. Just empty cupboards. Nothing!! Should refund us the $20 we had to pay to go elsewhere. Not happy with this!!

• Parking was very inadequate. There are hardly any parking spaces, and there was nowhere convenient to unload without being in the way of other traffic • My husband and I only boom jaccuzzi rooms when we travel. We only have a shower at home, so we enjoy soaking our sore muscles when we can. We booked the room with the jetted tub and were highly disappointed by how small the tub was as it was barley large enough for an average size adult to submerge in. • We booked this hotel specifically not only for the spa tub room but because it advertised and showed pictures of a guest-use pool and hot tub. While checking in, the staff posted signs that the pool was not open. We had brought swimming suits to use the hot tub for backup in case the jetted tub wasn't convenient for the two of us. When I inquired about the use of the hot tub since the pool was closed, we were told that the hot tub was no longer in service and had actually been closed off over two years ago. • The price for this room was very reasonable when compared to prices of other rooms with a spa tub however given the size and practicality of the room and features, I do not feel that the room was priced accordingly. • Housekeeping was not very thorough. Before checking out, we did a clean sweep of the room to make sure all of our trash had been picked up and we hadn't left any belongings behind. In doing so, we found handfuls of blue rose pedals underneath and behind the bed that did not belong to us. Therefore, had to have been left behind from precious guests. In summary, the main reasons/features that led us to choose this hotel over others in the area, we were not even able to use.

• Our room was on the main floor and didn't have to climb stairs. • Convenient location for the places we planned to visit. • Lots of towels provides given that it had a spa tub.

There could have been more equipment in the gym as well as having the gym cleaned. The TV in our room didn’t work, the jacuzzi was dirty and we had to clean it before using it. There was cleaner left in our room. The AC did not work well. It was constantly hot in our room even with the temperature set to the lowest setting.

There was breakfast provided and an indoor pool.

The faucet to the sink came off in my hand, the stopper to the jacuzzi tub came right out and was hard to put in to keep the water from draining out, no phone in the room. No phones worked.

The bed was very comfortable, There was a Jacuzzi in the room, They let me check in early and check out late, The heater worked. The staff were very nice and accommodating.

We have stayed before and gotten a suit with jacuzzi tub and it was wonderful especially since the hotel does not have a hot tub even though the site shows that they do. I booked the same suit and got a call a couple hours before checkin that they didn’t have our room available and we would be in a regular room with queen bed. If I had more time I would have canceled and gotten a hotel with a hot tub since I was not getting the room I had paid for.

We got a hot tub room and the bath was disgusting. Definitely not cleaning it correctly , or all of the way. The shower looked clean but when I accidentally touched the wall it was slippery which it shouldn't be so it grossed me out. And there was hair in the bedding that was not my color.

The guy at the front desk was very nice. Helped us right away with the TV cause it wasn't working. The breakfast was also good!

The employee Michele went above and beyond to help me however I used my Grandma's credit card and she was still charged twice. I have been fighting this double charge for a while. No reason for it they. Say Comforts Inn owes her the money back then I call and they say that Booking.com is responsible

I booked a room with a jacuzzi tub and was told apron arrival that it was not available and the hotel pool was available. They said the pool had just been fixed and they had to balance the chemicals. After three days it was still closed. It was very disappointing.
