Generally room and shared spaces were clean, but somehow housekeeping had left a nasty ponytail hair band hanging in the bathroom shower/tub. Tub could use new grouting.

The breakfast was excellent. Many good choices and a unique (for us) pancake machine that did a good job. Good cereal choices, hot dishes, and the man working breakfast was very friendly. Plenty of seating which doesn't always happen at some hotels. Lots of pillows on the beds, plenty of space for luggage, plenty of parking.

The elevators were down. Doors for the west entrance wouldn’t work. There was some stains on the furniture which was off putting. Microwave did not work. Neighbor was smoking marijuana. One drunk or high guy goofing around in the parking lot pretending to be tough but was kind of funny to see (he ended up staying across the hall from me). Can’t control that and things happen. I would still return.

Overall clean for the most part, beds were comfortable, and nice area.

Bed was not that comfortable... sag in middle. Don't like the topper. Need light blanket, as the comforter was too hot

The Sunday breakfast did not start until 7:30 which is a little late.

Only thing was one whole day the elevator button on ground floor didn't work, so had to take stairs. No biggie for us but could be a problem for some.

Very nice room, and in a good location. Clean room which is hard to find these days.

I tried to check out and no one helped me despite an employee being right at the computer and not saying a word. As someone that works in customer service, a simple “you can place key card here thank you” would have made a difference instead of standing there ignoring me.

Elevator needed repair. Button on first floor didn't work . Broken on a weekend, being fixed during weekday. Pool closed for day for maintenance.

Staff was always cleaning and making sure food was replenished.

The price was a bit on the expensive side. For the amount paid, the expectation of the front should be clean and “cigarette butt free” … not a first good impression.

the location and the amenities of the hotel was great. Customer service at the front was outstanding … upon arriving and coming in the staff acknowledged me and greeted me with a smile.

I had a handicap room, there was only one desk chair for sitting I requested multiple times for an additional chair (even a simple one from the meeting room) did not get one. The tub had enough handles, but the bottom was very slippery would be better if a mat was used. The beds were very comfortable but very high and difficult to get on and off without my husbands assistant.

that the hotel was newly built under 5 years old. The breakfast had a good selection of choices and tasted very good. The front desk employees were very friendly.

We were approved for an early checkin. When we arrived at 2pm we were told we couldn’t check in until 3pm. My wife is disabled and we needed that extra time to relax and prepare to go to our event. It was inconvenient. The front desk staff seemed to be distracted and short staffed . The manager did not seem to be around.

Unfortunately, we had people above us who were very loud and disruptive. We had to call several times to complain. Although a staff member called and knocked on their door several times, they continued to be loud through the entire night. It affected all of our sleep. So unfortunate. An additional inconvenience was not being able to hook up our Google speaker and PS4 to the internet. I wish there was a way.

I liked the sofa bed, the room amenities, especially the mini fridge. We had a room with a great view! I also liked the ease of getting the extra things that were needed for our room. I liked the feel of the hotel, and would totally stay at another holiday inn express.
