You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Saw others checking in- maid shared that they assigned the room but didn’t prioritize it being readied - even though front desk said they did. Our room had no bathroom light after we were in room 5 min- but showered in the dark due to lack of staff. Tried to tell front desk at check out but it wasn’t manned for the 15 minutes I waited.
Everyone was nice that worked there- but terribly overworked.

United States of AmericaThe MATTRESS WAS HORRIBLE!!! So soft and lumpy. First night neither of us got much sleep due the mattress being so bad. Second night we were worn out and slept better, but not because the mattress was comfortable. My lower back is still hurting. Holiday Inn needs to spend some money on their mattresses. We will not stay there again.
