I have booked a King bedroom but when I arrived there was not one avalaible. So I had a 2 Queen bedroom which was not so convenient

Well, Pine Bluffs is in trouble. And the motel was next to a shuttered mall. But that's not the motel's fault.

Breakfast was great. Staff was great. Room was clean and comfortable.

There was no luggage rack in my room. Had to leave my suitcase open in the floor (no big deal). Bigger issue is that the mall attached to the hotel is closed. It doesn't matter, except for the fact that we got in after dark. The hotel is on the back side and there is NO signage. Like nothing that says where to go. There is also no lighting in the parking lot, or on the road around the mall, so it was hard to navigate and more than a little creepy. My 12 year old said, "Well, it looks like the zombie apocalypse has started." They aren't responsible for the mall, but it's been closed for 2 years- it seems like the city could get a street light or two put out there. And some signage- anything. Even a disposable sign like they put out for political campaigns. A piece of cardboard on a stick that says "Holiday Inn ➡️."

The staff was friendly and everything was clean. Comfortable beds. Breakfast was very good. Lots of choices and the woman in charge of breakfast was on top of everything (even a malfunctioning pancake maker). She stayed cheerful and kept everyone well fed.

Wanted to go swimming but the pool wasn’t clean upon arrival.

The breakfast spread was amazing. Wi-Fi was really strong which was a plus. Room was clean and bed comfy.

The bathroom door in our room was off kilter and scraped the floor; was hard to close. Water dripped in the bathtub and could not be turned off. The hotel was behind a deserted shopping mall. For the cost, I expected more, but understand the area is in economic stress.

The free breakfast was wonderful. Elijah, who checked us in, was very friendly and professional. The ladies preparing breakfast buffet were friendly. All employees we met smiled and said hello.

Location. It was very hard to find the place at night. The surrounding mall has no exterior lighting. It made us feel unsafe driving to and from dinner.

All employees were really nice. Room was clean and the ac worked perfectly. The lady that worked the breakfast bar was exceptional, she made sure every guest had food and knew how to operate coffee and pancake machine. She never stopped serving.

The bathtub in our room was seriously damaged. I have no idea how someone could do that kind of damage without the use of tools. The tub leaked through the bottom and it was quite obvious. It seems that housekeeping would have noted that when cleaning. The water has to go somewhere, so there is more damage being created somewhere. The hotel was not that full. They really should rent out that room until it gets repaired.

We didn't the Black Mold we found Sunday morning as we were brushing our ,teeth its on the ceiling above the lights in the right corner in bathroom. Also people where making noise at 3:30 am in the hall

I didn’t like the location of the property it’s in a dark dark area behind an abandoned looking mall and it was no light post leading to the hotel it’s very dark at night and hard to find.

The hotel needs updating, especially the plumbing! In our room, the tub spout had a constant and significant drip and the toilet constantly ran. Also, the Keurig coffeemaker did not work.

The staff was very helpful and courteous.
