You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The road that connects the hotel to the main area of Roanoke Rapids was still closed, so you have to go out on HWY 95 to the next exit to get to any restaurants. Won't stay there again until that road opens up

United States of AmericaStaff wasn’t rude, but didn’t go out of their way to be friendly. Bathroom door in room was “off” and didn’t shut properly without shoving it closed or tugging it open. Saw a few ants here and there in the bathroom and on the nightstand. Bed was pretty firm but that’s just preference, I suppose. Would not stay here again. Underwhelming.
Location was good, price was good, but you get what you pay for (see below). Shower head was super though - great water pressure. Breakfast was decent, had the basics. Coffee was quite good!

United States of AmericaThe Door by the pool would not work with the key card. I spoke to who I assume was the mgr and warned him it was broken. He said a work oder was in. However I met someone smoking outside tjat door. He said he had been staying there since Augest and that he was told that since then.....! It was always propped open with a stone.

United States of AmericaDid not like the booking experience, I requested the downtown Best Western with restaurants nearby, but was booked out in the boondocks with no restaurant in the area. Plus I was quoted a lower price by email and upon arrival the price was $20 more than quoted. Not a good experience with booking.com. Will not be using their services in the future.

United States of AmericaBecause we requested a handicapped it only provided 1 bed. So that did not provide a comfortable night sleep. The handicapped person required the freedom to move to adjust comfort during the night especially after traveling for a dignify trip distance during the day. The companion also had limited space to sleep comfortably. The handicap accommodation for bathing was better then other motels.
Breakfast was similar to that found in other motels I have recently stayed in.
