You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaOne thing that was awkward was the shower door kept sliding open when I was showering. I was concerned that the water would get on the floor and I would slip when I got out. Maybe that could be looked at.
The hotel was modern, clean and well appointed. We were attending a wedding as asked if we could check in a little early and were accommodated. The room was large and comfortable. We had a good night's rest on a most comfortable bed. There was no noise from other guests which was appreciated. Breakfast was tasty, and well prepared. Lots of choices. All in all I would recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

It was good but I would add a few more things; there were proteins with eggs, sausage and I think bacon some days; there was cereal if you like; there were muffins and things to drink so it was better than some. I"m just a little on the boujee side! (spelling?)
The staff was wonderful! This is my 2nd review and if it's possible to send this to a manager or Corporate office, please do! I was there for my Mom's celebration of life ceremony as we lost her the day before I arrived. The manager Beth there helped us rent the board room for $260 for 24 hours and everything went well. Recommended to my brother and his wife and they stayed while i was there also. We all loved it; the jacuzzi was relaxing and helped a lot with the stress. Breakfast was ok but I was very impressed with how they treat their guests and how personable there were; met other happy customers there also! I'd definitely stay again; my other brother and his family lives in Romeoville.
