Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Could have had a variety of food for breakfast.
They were very helpful at the front desk for check in. My room was not ready so they gave me another room.

Broken glass on the ground in the parking lot. Was not cleaned up. Small parking area or options with a small area not protected by vandalism (back of hotel).
First floor room. Easy access. Breakfast space was very spacious and open.

The receptionist was rude and super impolite. She was not at the desk when we got to the hotel and when she came out she rudely asked for my last name and not even say hello or good afternoon. I said hi and she ignored me. Same for the checkout, not a smile but she seemed bothered by us. I even felt discriminated. Very unpleasant. You should choose your staff carefully. We are not staying for free and we should be treated with respect.

Sounds came through from noise in the hallway. Lots of talking outside rooms. Breakfast area to small. To close contact with other guests, especially with those sick and coughing. Skipped breakfast altogether

we love the hotel, but unfortunately the staff lands communication. The last time we stayed at this hotel they did not honor their reward of an extended check out time which set back our trip. Today, one of the staff members told my husband we could check out at 12:30 (again, still not honoring the full time). At around 11:45 the staff and cleaning crew told my husband, “It’s 11:45!” My husband explained that he was granted extended time & the staff member snapped at him and asked him who he spoke to. The hotel is clean, comfortable and the kids suite is what makes it so great and why we return. The staff is rude and lack proper communication.

I booked a room with two beds. I called and they confirmed the availability of two beds. We were given a room with one bed and a sofa. I tried to change the room. The staff didn't help me. I have an almost adult son. The sofa had a soft spring mattress. We went to bed early, but my son did not get enough sleep. Wake up was at 5:30am. Breakfast at 6:00am. At 7:00am we had the first of five volleyball games at the The Grounds sports center. This hotel is quite normal. We were unlucky. It happens. They promised to send the resit by email. Haven't sent it yet. Now I see how they are trying to charge a strange amount from my account. Let's see how this ends.
Room number 119. First floor. The room was spacious. The bed was large and comfortable. The air conditioner worked well. The smell was fresh. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was ok with sausages, cheese omelette, bread rolls etc.

Everything was fine as expected.
Breakfast was good, location was great, staff was friendly. Check in/out was quick. Housekeeping was good. I would definitely stay here again.

Silly $2 charge to park my car there. What the heck? I drove 120 miles from Nevada, what did they expect? $2 raises almost no money and discourages nobody. Why isn't it part of the nightly rental?
