Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Got to our room and bed was not made and restroom wasn’t either. Had to call front desk and had to back down to get new room keys for another room

The room was not level, leaned to one side and caused a bit of disequilibrium. The shower in particular leaned and the shower curtain was hanging so that the curtain slid to the middle of the rod. The entrance had a rough patch in the concrete which left the metal underneath showing with pointed ends exposed.
The room was clean.

The stairwell door to the stairs slams really hard. I stayed in #125. Proper door closer.
Breakfast was an elementary meal. But Still ok with me.

The staff was very nice but they’re stingy with the towels. The housekeepers were ridiculously loud at certain points.
The location was perfect. Hotel was very comfortable and easy to get used to. The room was very clean and much more roomy than we expected.

The property needs maintenance and updating. It has potholes near the entrance. The hallway carpets looked unclean with pieces of gum. The door lock to the room looked like it had been tampered with. The safe in the room didn't work. The staff looked at it and said they were going to replace the batteries. They didn't.

Staff makes feel like a felon just because you have a local ID they request cash deposit even do they have all your information ID credit card etc I have stay in upper end places many times and they don’t require cash deposits and don’t do room inspections before they give your invoice very disappointing never stay again in there first and last time fir me

The room we were in was right by an external door. Anytime someone would go in or out the door would slam, as there wasn’t anything to show it down when closing. Also, the breakfast was not good. The eggs and bread were very dry, like they’d been sitting in the open, and the bread felt stale because of sitting out. We went to breakfast at 7:15 and breakfast started at 7:00.
The staff was friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

What I didn't like was that we were in a room near the street and you could hear the noise of the cars and we were also near the door to the stairs and you could hear the opening and closing of that door a lot.
the hotel is well located. The rooms are clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff's attention is cordial.

Property is badly in need of renovation. Roof leaks into public areas. Generally worn looking. Initially was given the wrong type room that was very warm. Later was moved to correct room which was fine.

Felt secure. Bedding and Beds were extremely comfortable and CLEAN!!! i DIDN'T HAVE TIME FOR BREAKFAST BUT IT WAS ALREADY MADE.... SO JUST GRABBED SOME AND RAN :} Very accommodating people.

I personally did not like the pool. It needs some maintenance.
It was clean but the location seems a little sketchy to me. I wasn’t 100% comfortable but we made it work.
