Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThat the afternoon clerk gave our original room away and refused to find another accessible room
This was quite an experience, firstly I had booked and confirmed with the hotel an accessible room that when I checked in had been given to someone else, I complained and the next day the manager accepted it was their mistake and upgraded us to an accessible suite. Thant night the room above us flooded and water came into our bathroom through the ceiling where I slipped on the wet floor in our room. Plumbers were called and our room was cleaned up while the leak was fixed and all turned out well.

United States of AmericaI wish breakfast would have had more variety. I was really sad that my TV didn't work. I called the front desk but they couldn't help me. They told me to unplug it and that would solve the problem. It didn't. I still got charged the same amount for my room.
Employees were very friendly.

SingaporePerhaps being more upfront regarding parking at premises? It was quite a bummer to find out that a parking fee of $20 would be imposed, which i would have used the information to make another assessment on cheaper areas to park at, or at least have made a much better informed decision when choosing the hotel.
The breakfast was amazing and the location was really good, in the center of most hotels (hotel circle) Amenities and shopping mall was nearby so it accompanied the hotel well. Check-in process was smooth and facilitated with very friendly staff

United States of AmericaI loved the room BUT the carpets could use a deep cleaning. My daughter spilled a cup of water when I went to soak it up with a towel the towel was dark brown.
The staff was AMAZING! Since I had booked through a third-party I didn’t get the room originally in the pictures I had seen in the app. When I explained this to the associate at front desk he immediately change my room that was similar to the one I thought I had originally booked. Also the breakfast was amazing - So many different options.

IsraelFirst we got a room that wasn't cleaned and the smoke alarm biped :) Then they moved us to a bigger room, which was nicer, although it was weird that the restroom was pretty opened to the room (you couldn't see it, there was a hot tub between) but it was still weird :)

It was nice that breakfast was included. It wasn't the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, but it was sufficient. My grandson loved that the pool was heated.

United States of AmericaWell on our last night they could have had the pool heated a bit more. I think the other nights the pool was warmer. Parking was $20.00. I think that price is what all hotels are charging now days.
The free breakfast was okay. It had the automatic pancake maker that my kids loved along with eggs, milk, cereal, some bacon and sausage, cinnamon rolls. I'm not a big breakfast person. The pool was small but heated. Except for the last night the pool seems very cold. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The room and hotel was clean. We had a good time and the staff there were all very nice, especially the man who helped with breakfast. His name may have been Luis? I liked the coffee and tea service the have throughout the day in the lobby. After a long day out you can help yourself to tea or coffee. They also provide extra plates and plastic forks and spoons if you need them in the lobby. These little extra touches are appreciated. Overall I would stay here again. The front desk person- Reggie who checked us in was nice. He had to deal with a very upset and rude lady before me so I felt bad for him. He was able to placate her which is a skill!

United States of AmericaThe bed in the accessible room, 101 was super firm. my spouse and I had a hard time getting comfortable. Showering was also challenging. my spouse has sensitive skin, and the last of cool water made it difficult to shower at night as the water was almost scalding hot. and the next morning when I showered… I struggled getting hot water. it was so interesting to navigate. Definitely not ideal for how much we paid.
Loved the breakfast, set up of the accessible room, and the staff.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast food is meh, I didn’t like that I had to hunt down clean towels everyday and the housekeeping ladies had an attitude when I asked for them, we were paying good $ to stay we should be given clean towels. The one gentleman that works in housekeeping was really nice and happy to give them to me but the ladies not so much. my room wasn’t ready until 6 pm on the day of check in, that was kinda disappointing after driving 6 hours and just wanting to touch down and check in, we had to go find something to do while we waited so we went to Mission Bay and sat. Pool area could have been a little better maintained. The lounge chairs were kinda dirty and falling apart.
It was very clean, safe and we did get good rest each night we were there. The location is good, 5-10 drive to Zoo and beach. Jacuzzi was nice.
