Sink and bathtub drainage was slow so the water level would rise while showering. Close to the road so you can hear the cars if you leave the window open.

Very clean and comfortable. Room and bathroom was large enough for a family of 4. Interior and exterior of property is clean and modern. Check in was fast and easy. Staff was really nice. Breakfast available was typical breakfast foods. Dining room is large with lots of table and chairs. Hotel is very close to Westfield Mall, which has lots of restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

You can catch the Green River Trail right behind the hotel parking lot, which I took advantage of using for exercise one sunny afternoon. Sadly, there was quite a bit of trash around, and I ran by several people who were openly injecting drugs and yelling pretty obscene threats at me. I also observed someone publically defecating on the other side of the river (which is similar to what I see when I'm staying downtown tbh). None of these incidents occurred on the hotel property or were even visible from the property so definitely NOT a reflection of the property, but I thought I'd mention it in case there are people who are thinking of getting out for a walk or run on that trail while staying at the property. Use the treadmills or walk on the main streets instead!

As a female traveling solo for business, I don't feel safe staying in SeaTac anymore - even if I'm just there a night before flying out, so I decided to try out Tukwila for this trip. While Tukwila has its own safety concerns, I felt fairly safe at this hotel. It was clean, quiet, and close enough to the airport that I could catch a very early flight without having to drive more than a few minutes. The WiFi was excellent - good for video conferencing. The breakfast was good...nice variety (eggs, pancakes, sausage, cereal, yogurt, juices, fruit, etc). As someone with Celiac's, I would have loved to see a dedicated gluten-free option or two, but I never expect that and always have some backups with me. All in all, it was a positive stay for my purposes.

Good Breakfast, might be increased by hash browns. Good Indoor Pool, whirlpool might be a good add.

My only complaint is the fitness center. The ventilation is very poor. I understand setting the thermostat at 72 for energy savings but that is TOO HIGH for an exercise room with no ventilation. You need to lower the temp and put in a large standing fan or something. I tried to use it but just too uncomfortable.

Guest laundry had 1 washer 1 dryer machine, can't wash because the washer is broken...need to drive 2.2 miles to reach laundry facilities, it's very inconvenient specially for me traveling with children's. I believe the hotel should start investing a better and more washer and dryer.

Room is nice and neat, breakfast every morning. Tried the indoor pool..more better if it's warm...pretty cold.

COURTESY SHUTTLE- They kept throwing that in our face. Shuttle ran til 930. Not true when driver was asked early afternoon about cutoff time for last shuttle he said be down stairs before 930. My sister and niece were down there at 910. He was gone on a run and they were told shuttle was done for the night. If your on a run and people are waiting if it is after 930 you should accomodate those last people. Make sure if you need shuttle service find a hotel that will accommodate. This hotel totally failed on that.

The coffee and tea cups were plastic. I understand why Holiday Inn uses plastic but a glass or ceramic cup would make the beverage taste better. I walked to the Good Will store and purchased a coffee mug for $1.99. May I suggest that coffee mugs with the Holiday Inn logo be available for rent or purchase.

The room was very nice. Large sleeping space and large bathroom with a bath tub. The room was quite until I opened the window. Very convenient location for me to go to the Tahoma Clinic and restaurants for lunch or dinner. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast was very good with enough to eat that was gluten free.
