We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We had to use the stairs and not only us, the workers shouldn’t have to work in conditions like this!! I will never stay at this location again. They offer to move us to another room but if that the case I would have to my business somewhere else.

The breakfast would have been good, but they did not have enough food for the people, for two days I was not able to get any breakfast. I only got a coffee cake and coffee.

United States of Americaparking lot had lots of trash, cigarette butts, hall floors were dirty. there was a used dried up wash rag in my shower curtain. had to get staff to come help us with TV as we had two remotes and staff struggled to get out tv to work. had to switch to HDMI3 to make it work. but staff was friendly and trying hard.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the fact that our air conditioner/heating system wasn't functioning except for the fan. None of the buttons worked so therefore we burned up all night which prevented us from getting any sleep and had to work the next day. It was horrible. Also they also tried to charge us twice! Once on my card when we arrived and again at a little after 12 am on my wifes card. I just don't see how that could have been a mistake when it was almost 2 hours later.
The room was very clean and they had quality shampoo and conditioner and also body wash in case you forget yours.

United States of AmericaThe cleansing of my room wasn't so great while I was there. It was clean when I arrived. The hotel needs more than 1 elevator. Not being mean but the hotel needs to be cleansed through out. I'm just a person with OCD.
The hospitality was great. I love Ms. Stephanie or whomever the front desk was on Friday evening checking me in. She was awesome. Thank you to her. The hot breakfast was great.

United States of AmericaI have visited family in selma and this is my second time staying there since remodel and still no pool in service. My child and husband are water people. The st. James is cheaper but no pool and microwave and refrigerator so we paid the additional for the amenities and no pool for the second time.
The rooms were great and they had great breakfast.
