Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.

The bathroom in our room showed a lot of wear. Broken tile, missing grout, toilet ram the whole time. WiFi did not work at all.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The young man at the front desk was very friendly.

Love the easy availability of ice and the water station across from the front desk but bc we were there for soccer tournaments, and bc it's Texas and you need to take a refillable water bottle with you everywhere you go, it would be cool if you guys had a water filling station... like the water fountain with a filler like at schools and the airport. I think the name brand is Elkjay or something like that. And maybe one or two more patio umbrellas at the pool.
Love the breakfast and the fact that it opened early and stayed open later on the weekend (till 10am). We were there for one of my kids' soccer tournaments and the breakfast options were great.... with the variety and with the easy choices like whole fruit, the refrigerator with small yogurts and milk cartons, the pancake maker machine and the attendant that was available to change the pancake batter bag for the machine. Also, the front desk staff was very friendly (easy and nice people)! Like being able to check out boardgames! Also LOVED the little pantry/ store where you could buy a little something at similar price to the gas station so it wasn't off limits. The fact that that was available at all times and good variety... frozen chicken sandwich, hamburger, ramen, beef jerky, nuts, candy bars.... all great! And the computers right there in the lobby area and places to sit and commingle. Two thumbs up from our family!!!

I cannot think of anything that I did not like! The hotel was quiet, very clean. I am a germophobe so when I say that it was clean, IT WAS CLEAN!
I love the proximity to everything! Anything you can think of was in walking distance. The staff is outstanding! Everyone was so very accommodating!

I personally found the beds to be too soft but I like hard mattresses as I suffer from back aches. Wish they had a non-pork meat option at breakfast (turkey sausage for example) but I wouldn’t decrease a point over that.
Staff was wonderful! Friendly and helpful, superior customer service. Room was super clean with extra towels and toiletry, large TV screen, nice view and super quiet. Very happy. The breakfast was very nice, however we do not eat pork so had more trouble selecting food options. Without the dietary limitations this would have been perfect! They offered complimentary snacks and drinks and my kiddo was so excited about the stay there.

Breakfast was great. There was a good selection of items. The free breakfast is the main reason I booked the hotel. I appreciate not having to drive anywhere in the morning to get breakfast.
