We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaThe shower has hardly any water pressure and no grip on the tub floor which made for a very slippery shower. Also there is no where to hang your towel in the bathroom while showering. Also I understand the importance of sealing the parking lot but it would have been appreciated if the front desk would have warned us about it being done and the workers blocked me in and then got upset when I asked them to move so I could get out
The updates are nice, the new TVs are awesome and the blackout curtains are divine

United States of AmericaI booked at 11:45 pm due to unforeseen circumstances. I got there at 12 am. They are renovating so things were a bit of a mess. Im not faulting that. The front sliding door was wide open, apparently broken. The second door was fine. When I got in there was no one at the front desk. There was a note to call. I called for 25 minutes. I ended up walking around with no one in sight and I kept thinking what a security issue it was to have no one watching the front desk. Finally at 12:25 am the guy came out and said he was doing laundry. I get that midnight isn't a busy time and there are othet things that need to be done, but that is a major security issue and very frustrating as the customer, especially for almost $140. The only reason I didn't leave is because I had already paid through Booking.
The room waa clean and comfortable, breakfast was good.

United States of AmericaThe room that we booked was not available at checkin so we asked for a different room because we were on a time schedule. We were accommodated with a lesser room but we were not told until checkout that the hotel could not refund us for the difference in room rates.
Location was good. Breakfast met expectations but staff were overwhelmed by the number of guests to be served and many had to wait for food.

United States of AmericaThe parking lot was not well lit and the entrance was hard to find if you're not familiar. The water pressure in the shower was non-existent and did not stay hot for more than 5 minutes. Our bathroom door did not close. It would have been nice to know to that there were train tracks directly behind the hotel and that trains did go by several times at night - I could have asked for a room on the other side of the hotel had I known.
The hotel was clean and staff was friendly.

Both front desk attendants were up in a room, and I could see them on the balcony from the front desk. Waited 10 more minutes while they were doing who knows what. Then, the bathroom smells like mold, and there was no bag for the ice container.

United States of AmericaWe were given a room on the second floor just above the pool. Our room’s only window was to the INSIDE of the pool are. Talk about claustrophobic! Really?! We could not see outside at all! That’s fine if you tell a guest they have no window to the outside. But we paid the same price as guests WITH windows. Out room was also missing a lamp, hair dryer and phone. It was weird. It was like we were given some leftover room.
The grounds are nice. The location was handy. The staff was very friendly.

United States of AmericaI’ve stayed in plenty of hotels and I know there is noise from other rooms. But the floors in between the floors are not very sound proof. Couldn’t hear the Tv through the walls next door like some hotels but the people above us let their kids run a muck and sound like they were wrestling and jumping and running from 7pm till 11 pm. The sound was so amplified it was hard to sleep. Hardly seen any staff at the front desk and waited awhile at check in for someone to come from behind the patrician wall to check me in.
Rooms were very nice and clean, bed was comfortable. Loved the shampoo, conditioner and soap dispensers in the shower. Breakfast was very good and lots of options.
