Bed squeaked. Vanity in bathroom was very high- it was uncomfortable to use.

This particular location is strange. Not HI's fault but city planners did terrible job of street/area access here.

We always use holiday inn wxpress when possible. Rooms are a good size and clean. Dependable.

We had three women in our room - there for a Canton trip, so I imagine you often have the same situation every month. But the only surface adjacent to the beds was the center bedside table and lamp. So the folks sleeping on the outside side of the bed didn't have any place to put their phones, their glasses, or any lamp to read by. This is not unique - lots of hotel room are configured similarly. But a lot of hotels may not see a regular monthly influx of rooms taken by groups of folks = 2 people to a bed. Just something to think about?

we chose the property because of the indoor pool and hot tub the pool and hot tub was out of order the price was still almost 200. this should have been on the website that the pool and hot tub were out of order!!

Bathtub was much smaller than others I've stayed in, food had no flavor.

Breakfast was bland, no flavor except the pancakes, they were good. Staff was nice. Cops patrolled the parking lot regularly

the hotel is priced like a 4 star but the facilities are older like a 2 star hotel. The hotel looked nice in lobby and breakfast area but the room felt older. it needs some updating.

We didn't notice it at first but the box spring on the bed was broken. We couldn't figure out why our backs hurt when we got up in the morning and found that the box spring looked off. Upon a closer look we could tell it was broken. We said something at check out and it wasn't addressed not even an apology or we will check it out. This was very disappointing.

The staff was great and easy to work with. Even helped get an early check in. The room was large and roomy which was the first thing we noticed and didn't feel as though we where on top of eachother. It was great.

Change your check in time . I know people have to check out at 11;00 but I feel as soon as a room is ready they should let the front desk know so people could check in for the above reason. Also it you are giving a free breakfast , they should serve that up to 10:30 if people have to check out by 11.00. We checked out at 10:00 and was told breakfast stop at 9:30. I was not happy about this. Because of that we had to go to Ihop next door.

I was not happy that you have a check in at 3:00 I needed to get ready for a wedding that was to start at 2:00pm thankfully your staff was very helpful by calling maid service to see if a room was ready at 2;30 for us to get ready. we just made it to the wedding by 1:50pm the wedding was starting at 2:00 pm like I said . we are the grandparents of the groom. It wouldn't have looked very nice for us not to make. So thanks to your staff for saving the day for us.

The room was clean but smelled very flowery, like they used a lot of air freshener. It was quite overwhelming. We always bring a fan with us so we got that going as well as the ac to dissipate the smell.
