You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

If I have to find a negative on this hotel for my experience, it would just be that it has very limited truck parking close to the hotel.
Rooms are very clean and comfortable. Great breakfast selection.

I just wish there were higher toilets in the room. All the hotels I've stayed in over the past 2 years had higher toilets so I was a bit surprised at the standard height.
Very clean. Everything was new. Staff was helpful, suggested restaurants for dinner. Ironic that my smartwatch told me it was my best nights sleep in 3 months!

View of the cornfield in off season so was not that great but that’s the area. Next time will request room facing the street
The property was being remodeled so the rooms were excellent!! We were in room 325 and there was however a slight sewer odor in the bathroom on occasion but we figured it was due to construction. Just FYI, but overall it was an excellent stay! Beds were very comfortable as well!

The door keys did not work, the front desk service could take time to step away for personal reasons and leave a message on the counter, but not to help get our door open. There were no kleenex in the room, and beds were untidy.

The coffee machine in our room was broken. When we went down to breakfast, all of the hot food pans were empty.

Security was questionable
Rooms are nice, clean and comfortable. Bathroom fan is terrible. Wasn’t okay when my daughter forgot her key and wasn’t asked for ID to get a new one. Not acceptable!!!!

My biggest complaint would be how low to the ground the toilet was. It seemed like it was made for a child not an adult. I broke my kneecap right before this vacation and it was very hard to get up from the toilet.
We stayed here very last minute but ended up very happy with the location. We ate at the Mexican restaurant across the street and loved it.

There were no USB ports availability near the bed for charging phones, tablets or laptops.
The staff was friendly and the bed was incredibly comfortable!

The pool is a little on the smaller side, but I didn't swim- but if I had a family that might be a concern.
Nice hot breakfast with plenty of choices, great breakfast area, nice location, very quiet and peaceful, plenty of parking. Staff was very kind!

The breakfast was better and had more options than many hotels. It was also well thought out so that there was a good traffic flow. The server was very friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. We appreciated the cookies served in the afternoon.

The hotel was clean and quiet. We have stayed here multiple times, and this was the first time we had problems. I filled out a questionnaire from the hotel and never received a follow up call, text, or email. I guess they didn't care.
Went down at 9 am. One dried out biscuit, 2 dried out omelets one cinnamon roll, and plentiful sausage links were what was left. I had the sausage. No one came out while I was there to service the buffet until I left at 9:40 when they did bring out a tray of 12 cinnamon rolls. A family of 4 and a group of 6 came down after me and they had even less. The previous day we were wakened by housekeeping at 8 for servicing the room. Told them we still in room. When we left at 9 told them were going. They did not service the room. Next day I told the woman is 3was leaving& to service the room. She did a poor job of making one bed and did not make the other bed at all leaving the pillow on the floor and the bed unmade. Had to ask the desk twice for an extra blanket. Gentleman clerk in the evening did find one and was very nice.

Upon entering the room the air wick smell was way to strong, to the point of making us not feel well. We located the two air wicks and unplugged them sealing in a bag. We then went to bed and within a few minutes discovered why, an acrid odor filled the room coming from either the ducting or AC unit.
Breakfast was adequate The bed was very comfortable The room was quiet the gentleman that checked us in was very nice
