The chlorine level was too high made it hard to enjoy the pool I just sat and watched my daughter and eyes burning and feeling sick. We found leftover stuff from someone else in our room so maybe a better walk through with cleaning.

The exhaust fan in our bathroom did not work but other than that everything was good.

All the staff were very friendly. The breakfast buffet was a notch above other hotel buffets. It was conveniently located to everywhere we needed to be. Comfortable bedding, spacious and quiet room.

The noise level was my only complaint. We were on the second floor, so people above were loud walking and water running at 6 am. Noise in halls were still active and disturbing after 10 at night.

Lack of cleaning of the Roos during your stay. We stayed there for 4nights and they did not clean room even when we asked them to clean the room. Towels and carnage outside the rooms are only picked up daily. Hampers for garbage and towels at each floor can help. Shelving for clean towels access at each floor can also help

The rooms are hd size including the showers. Updated. They had free happy hour and Donavan played great music. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was good . Donovan’s music was the highlight. We wished he was able to play it also at the Patio

It’s not that I didn’t like something but due to the fact that they lack of staff, our room was never redone during our stay. We’re not mad about it as we understand the struggle but yes definitely need some improvement here. Also another thing we found pretty annoying we’re the kids on our floor making noise and running around till midnight. But that’s the parents fault. I understand the hotel can’t control everything late night.

What I liked the most was the position and the staff. All very friendly. Breakfast was not bad but if you arrive late you have to wait for the girls to refurnish a bit. Just a bit of patience and you’ll be fine. Parking space is really good.

The noise level from outside traffic could be heard all night. Also the noise from other room was heard most of the night. Someone walking hard from the room above until about 1 am. then someone slamming their door at 3 am that lasted until about 5 am.

There was way too much chlorine in the pool. I was scared to get in it for fear of burning my skin. Behind the bed had lots of hairs and dust, I didn’t report this to the front desk as I felt like housekeeping would continue not cleaning the way they should. The sink area had not been wiped down properly or the little table next to the bed. Although these were issues while staying, the room was decent and breakfast the first day was really good.

Loved breakfast that first night. The shower was pretty large. Lobby was really clean. Parking wasn’t bad at all. The lighting in the room was pretty cool also. The room looked updated and I was HAPPY with that.

There were small pieces of food around the bed frame when we arrived. With a baby that just started crawling... Everything goes in his mouth.

Quiet place with convenient location. Cleanliness of the public areas was very good. Got stay over service without having to request it and then when we did need something we got it.
