We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaUpon check in, we had to ring to get someone to the desk. She was very hard to understand. As soon as I paid, she was gone. I had more questions about a luggage cart, but she was already in the back room. We then go to our hotel room. Every time we got on the elevator, we prayed that it wouldn’t break. It made so much noise we thought we were goners. The temperature was very uncomfortable on our floor. In our room, our AC was not very cool. It was set to 70, but we were sweating. It’s 100 degree days right now. The night was even uncomfortable in our room. We got two key cards and one didn’t work. Every time we would go by the front desk there was no one there. We could’ve called, but she was hard to understand and mumbled, so I didn’t bother. The shower curtain was too short for the tub so water would spray onto the floor. The vending machines didn’t work on our floor and were out of everything on the lobby floor. The pool was nice but very cloudy. Our receipt was slid under our door, along with another rooms! We were just unsatisfied with the professionalism and the simple perks.
Price and location. Very roomy. Good coffee with a Kurig maker.

Had to wait for 10 minutes or more to check in as the desk clerk had too many other duties. None of the staff was friendly. Too little parking. The adjoining hotel had parking in the back but if that was meant for it hotel it was unclear as there were no signs.

United States of Americathe property location is very limited. The town of Winnie is a place to stay between Pensacola & San Antonio … not a tourist destination.
The room had a sitting area for watching TV, a Keurig coffee maker, and TWO comfortable queen beds. the wonderful staff was very accommodating, especially in finding and mailing our list cell phone.
