The bathroom in the room had someone else’s hair on the floor… not just a little bit either. I think whoever cleaned it didn’t lift the shower curtain and get under it. The pool was closed.. we specifically booked a hotel that had a pool and were pretty disappointed. They should have given a discount for that. The beds have this “padding” under the sheet that I assume is there to act as a barrier for spills but it’s rough and uncomfortable.

When we walked in room, there was actually stool left on toilet seat, just cleaned and went on. No towels hand towels or washcloths were in bathroom. When I started my shower no conditioner or body wash. Also swimming pool was cloudy like it needed to be cleaned

Clean towels and coffee supplies had to be requested at the front desk each day. Bathtub is extremely slippery and has no safety rail. Very, very dangerous!

what I dont like is that the hotel ran my credit card 3 times. One of them on AMEX was reversed, the other two remain out their in Pending status. I only stayed one night. I am expecting to see one of those two charge reveresed. And I also expect to get my 30 dollar security deposit back without hassle since everything was just as I first saw it except the bed which I slept in.

The hotel is "under renovations," which translated into our room being super run down with a near useless sofa bed. The walls in our bathroom were falling down. The carpet in the whole suite was sticky so everyone needed to wear shoes. The hot tub was inoperable and gross. The pool was cold. And the construction crew started banging away in the room above us between 8-830a each day. Not ideal when you're trying to get kids to rest. All in all, just not pleasant. The friendly staff are the only redeeming qualities here.

Elevator was down and I was in the 2nd floor. I’m not a spring chicken , asked for a discount due to the inconvenience of walking 2 flights of stairs and was told the manager had stated no discounts.

the a/c didn’t really cool the room and it felt warm and humid in the room. the toilet paper holder fell off the wall,

The room was humid. It took a while to get the temperature adjusted. We couldn't find the wastebasket. there was none in the living area and the one in the bathroom was tucked in a back corner under the vanity. I didn't see it until I bent down to pick something off the floor when we were leaving. The most frustrating was that the TV is attached to the wall midway in the room and does not swivel, making it impossible to use the remote unless you are on the far right side of the bed.

The woman at the desk was friendly and helpful. I needed plates in order to eat our take out dinner and she searched and found something that worked. The location is convenient. the bed was comfortable.

I have stayed in this hotel several times and it seems they are not keeping up with the maintenance. The rugs were really dirty and stained, they need serious cleaning of replacing. the furniture in the living room was also dirty.

Our room had an awful smell of mold. The carpet felt sticky under our feet. We had a room over looking the hot tub and someone had drank a bottle of alcohol and left it at the hot tub with a cup of cherries. No one ever picked up the bottle or trash. It was there for our entire stay

was very dirty. carpet in the hallway was dirty as well as in the room. Room smelled of strong cologne when opening the door. Stains on the carpet all in the room. got out the shower and walked on the carpet barefoot and my feet where black. curtains where ripped. shower curtain was ripped water got all over the floor after showering. Mold was starting to grow on the walls in the bathroom l. furniture was worn out bed squeaked. definitely needs a deep cleaning and some updating! booked thru booking.com which was a pay at the property woke up to holiday in trying to charge my card that morning when i haven’t even left my house yet and for $40 more then the price i booked at. the staff was great

We did not have a key to our room we had to be taken to our room every time we needed to enter or we had leave the door open... For me the took the stay from excellent to fair .
