There could be a few more elevators. The weekend was very busy with a lot of cheerleaders (which was great) but we could have used a few more elevators.

the front desk check in staff was deplorable…not friendly, responsive or gave us necessary information like what time is breakfast available. two people working and no eye contact from either one. check your afternoon staff on 02/16 and fire them both!

Great location, very close to the freeway, mall, and restaurants. The room is very clean and spacious. I like the Dove shampoo and conditioner liquid pump, same as the lotion and hand soap is a plus! The bed is comfortable. Hotel parking is easy. Friendly staff.

Bath room was small. Toilet and bath together in a small area. The sinks located in the room not a fan of.

We enjoyed our stay and will stay at another Hilton if and when we travel again. The room was very nice and clean. The hotel was very nice and clean. The front desk people were very pleasant.

There needs to be a shaded bench or two in the driveway so that guests can wait outside for transportation.

The location by Amazon Mills and Joe’s Crab Shack was excellent. The room was a generous size and it was useful to have a fridge and microwave. The breakfast was acceptable with sufficient choices; it was convenient to have coffee and tea always available in the lobby and the cookies were fresh daily.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The check in process was very fast and easy. The breakfast was very convenient and had a lot of options. It opens early which was a plus since we had to be on the road early.

We love it. all front desk was super friendly and amazing...I love it super clean, check in supper easy. We love the breakfast. Good choices for breakfast. Coffee is amazing supper yummy. And the room was great size the 3 of us stay comfortable. Great Cookie at check in..pool just right and clean. I have been i alots hotels... when I start traveling. I told myself I am going try out different hotels. I had stay in Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Hampton. Travel inn, Travelodge, I have even been to Lexor... it seemed I found a 💎..... holiday inn Express was perfect for my 3day stay. I had CE class down the street. It was a perfect location. I couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back and I will highly recommend to all my friends and clients. Holiday inn is my top 3 greatest hotels. I have ever experience and stayed... thanks you for the lovely stay.

Just a bit weird that the sink area wasn’t attached to the bathroom and was outside the bathroom. When someone needs to brush or use the sink, the rest of the room is disturbed by it. Otherwise, nice stay.

Plain travel hotel.

Hotel was as advertised. We wanted to be close to University for a concert. Many families attending the graduation ceremonies were in the hotel. Front staff was welcoming. Services were nearby such as gas, fast food.
