The hot tub was down. When we booked there was no indication that the hot tub was down and we paid a high price for our room.

Easy location just off highway, fast and easy check-in. Breakfast had good variety and staff at breakfast were very nice and helpful.

We didn't like the way the soap dispensers and hand lotion were mounted on the wall. My wife had difficulty reaching them.

The mattress was not comfortable. I was in pain after sleeping on this mattress. It may keep me from coming to motel again, which is sad. Lighting in the bathroom was not very bright.

For the $330.00 that I paid for the room I expected a very nice room in a great location with a view. But NO, I got a small dark room with a sub-standard bathroom. The shower had really grungy caulk around the base and the door corners didn't look clean. I would not shower in there.(No Bathtub) There was not extra toilet paper when we got there. The bathroom was so dark we had to remove the light covers which were dirty and still use the flashlights on our phones to put on our makeup and do our hair,

The only negative I have is the lighting. The lighting in the bathroom was a little dim and not the greatest for doing makeup. The lighting in the room was a little fragmented, but if you incorporate the natural light from the window then it helps.

The room was a great size. There was a fridge and microwave in the room. The bathroom was huge and really nice. The shower was big and the water pressure was great! I had told the hotel when I booked that we were staying for my husband's birthday, and if possible I'd love a quiet room. The staff was great and responded right away. I believe the gentleman's name was RJ, he was great. Our room was on the top floor in the back, and we didn't have any room neighbors right next to us. It was very quiet. And upon returning on our second day of our stay, RJ had put up a sign on our door that wished my husband a happy birthday! I was very impressed with the staff!

Great location and perfect staff! They were so very helpful in recommending a great local restaurant, and in helping us clean and store our bikes. Vernal is a great little city close by Dinosaur National Monument, Flaming Gorge, and the Uintah Mountains.
