You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

No one cleaned the room or offered fresh towels. Front desk guy not happy with his job or so it seemed.

i cannot say there was anything wrong. Everything was great.
it was close to shopping centers. I liked that it was also close to coffee shops and restaurants. The place was also very clean and smelled really good. Overall great experience.

The elevator had to be serviced & we had to use the stairs while getting our luggage to the car. We know these things happen, so not a big deal for us.
Pool/hot tub, breakfast included, location, & value for five of us.

I had called two weeks prior to stay to inquire if pool was open, was informed it would open that weekend. When we arrived the pool was still closed. I understand maintenance services sometimes can not be anticipated I think the hotel should place a courtesy call to upcoming guests as the pool may have been a deciding factor of where to stay. The pool did open the next day, which was great as the pool area was very clean and no signs of mildew.
The location is convenient, easy to get to off the highway. Plenty of stores, restaurants and gas stations available in immediate area. Walking distance to 24 hour IHOP.

Hot tub was cold and dirty.

Hallways had air fresheners that overpowered the air. Very strong smells. Beds were ok, but possibly dirty? Sheets had a few hairs found on them, ink stains on white sheets. Carpet sticky in places.
Affordable option in a good location. Bathroom was clean. Good A/C and window blinds.

I got in late but I did call the hotel the night man wasn't nice and didn't really want to help. my key wouldn't open the back entry he seemed annoyed.

The pool was not working. Our room #111 had a bad door handle. Felt like it was sticking when opening making an awful racket. When closing the door from the outside you had to pull the door handle and cause the door to slam. Otherwise you could just give a good push and open it back up without the room key card. The handle would pull away from the door. We mentioned it to the night girls and again to the day girls who said the night crew hadn't left any notices about it needing repaired. Definitely a safety issue. USB outlet on wall by the bed wouldn't charge our phone or iPad. Had to plug in a block

The breakfast experience. suggested ways to improve the BF experience. they should have fresh coffee by 5:30 am. the breakfast staff start coffee before preparing BF. we like to sit around in the lounge and drink fresh coffee before BF. we had to tell one of the staff ladies to make fresh coffee. and wasn’t made until right after opening at 6:30, with us reminding her or otherwise it wouldn’t of been made. I also, think BF should start at 6 am during week days. people have to be at work by 7pm. Thanks :)

A couple of times, when we got ice out of the ice machine on the second floor, I found black specs in it. I didn't have the opportunity to tell the property.

No bacon as shown in pictures. Hot tub was very cold and did not warm up. Actually colder than the pool.
Breakfast was good plenty of options. Omelets, sausage, pancakes, b and g, yogurt, milk, cereal, juices. Pool was clean and warm. Rooms clean and comfortable.
