The indoor swimming pool wasn't heated.

The breakfast was varied, fresh and delicious. The location was perfect for access to restaurants, especially to our favorite one, Le Yaca, and to Colonial Williamsburg.

Tony at the front desk was exceptional. Very friendly, funny and efficient. He was most helpful in every regard. You have a good man there!

The indoor pool was not heated and was quite chilly. They had a sign stating that the heating system was broken. I had a 7-year old with me and this was a big disappointment. The outside light shone right into the room; it was difficult to sleep because even with the shade down the entire room was illuminated at night. The limited maid service was not impressive- no beds made unless you called early to tell them to add it to the regular service usually included in a hotel stay that’s over $125.00 a night.

Breakfast was good. Everything was plentiful and refreshed often.

Shower ventilation is horrible. Super noisy. Breakfast could be more qualitative.

Room is great for family. Lots of lamps Beds are very comfortable Breakfast is ok. Pool is great with kids Close to all we wanted to visit ( Jamestown, Williamsburg...) Lot of shops and restaurants around ( Aldi is around the corner. Great for last minute groceries for a picnic)

Great value, pillows were great, needed to iron an outfit, so the iron was an added bonus. Complimentary breakfast exceeded my expectations; biscuits and sausage gravy, eggs, sausage, juice, coffee, fruit.

The staff in the morning at the breakfast buffet always seems bothered by the guests.

The pool was incredible. The location was minutes from everything. Breakfast was just okay not much flavor but good options for the price. The room was spacious and well kept.

Stain on shower floor and a washcloth had yellowing on it. Had trouble when opening the door to the pool. it slips when you moved the handle, you had to try it 2 or 3 times to get it open.

Breakfast was good, the gentleman that was helping with it was very friendly, helpful and courteous, Beds were very comfortable. Pool was super nice.

Could not unlock room safe. Front desk said they would be up to unlock it but never showed up. Situation did not mar an otherwise fantastic stay in Williamsburg on our way to Florida beaches.

Rooms were modern, clean, and spacious . Front desk was courteous . Fitness room had sufficient equipment for our needs.

Comfy beds, quiet and clean!

I loved it! It smelled very fresh and clean like linens upon our arrival. We had requested a crib that we were told was confirmed, however upon arrival they were not able to get a crib for us, but the did accommodate us with a bigger room and pull out couch. Didn’t necessarily “solve” the problem, but it was still nice! So thank you for that… Other than that, we LOVED the stay. It was sooo relaxing. The location is PERFECT. So many eateries and things to do.. The breakfast was pretty good too. The biscuits and gravy were our fav! I also loved that they had grab and go items aswell. Perfect for traveling with littles! Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Worth the money, time, and experience! Thanks Holiday Inn Express! We shall be returning. 😁

The shower could have been scrubbed a little better in the corners, but overall the hotel was very clean and comfortable. Also I wish they would have offered that little bar soap or something that wasn’t dove soap. I’m allergic and had to go buy my own soap which is fine just something I didn’t think of.

Breakfast at this hotel was delicious and the variety is great! The beds in our two queen bedroom were very comfortable felt firm but not like a board. Very comfortable.

The free included breakfast and rooms were great! We really enjoyed the closeness to Colonial Williamsburg- only a 7ish minute drive from hotel. The hotel was in a central area close to food and shops. We would recommend this hotel!

I missed the breakfast by 10 minutes. If it could be kept open an additional 30 minutes that would be great. Closing at 10am instead of 9:30am.

The room was comfortable and quiet and I was close to the elevator. I was able to park conveniently by the entrance. This made it easy to get my bags to my room.
