Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

I stayed for one night prior to my cruise from Bayonne. The room was very large, clean and comfortable. You have a microwave, a coffee maker and a safety box. Check in lady was amazing and helped us with directions and everything, I think her name was Anna. She even came up to my room to operate the coffee machine. Check out was easy and smooth. location is just off the road so you can't get lost. Many restaurants are nearby. Parking was free. Breakfast was mostly dry items with some scrambled eggs and it was really good, believe me you won't need more than this. Overall I loved the hotel, just wish I could've caught it on a lower rate.

The breakfast selection is very limited. Not much to eat for vegetarians/vegans. The bathtub shower lever for hot and cold water was faulty. It is always either too hot or too cold. It is very difficult to set the right water temperature.
The Front Office staff is great. Jackie helped us with all our questions and helped us with extra water, which shows her empathy and the willingness to help guests.

Pool was a murky white color and cold so decided not to use it. Hot tub was out of service. Pancake machine was out of service in the kitchenette. Couldn't sleep because you can hear everything in the hallways. Doors kept slamming throughout the evening.
Bed was comfortable, room was clean, breakfast was good.

We decided to pay extra money for this hotel verses others because of the pool, since we have kids. We called before booking since previous comments were no pool. They say pool was open. We get there the pool was not open. so we wasted extra money for a pool that wasnt opened.
The staff was very nice. The place amd rooms were clean.

We were visiting family nearby so we decided to stay here. Having arrived from Manhattan where we stayed at a hotel that was very dirty, I wanted to make sure we were in a hotel that was very clean. I read other reviews about the cleanliness of this hotel and they did not disappoint. The hotel lobby was very clean, as was our bedroom and bathroom. The room had a piece of furniture especially for luggage so that guests would not rest their luggage on chairs and other tables not meant for them. The bathroom was large and the bath towels wonderful. The breakfast the following morning was very generous with a wide variety of items. For those who are hungry during the day, the hotel offered donuts and other items. Wonderful place and I highly recommend this hotel. Hope to be back soon.

safety locker had to be fixed. My room had to be changed as the locker door though in open position, cud not be unlocked since no one knew the previous customer code. The front office has no clue what the default settings were. Unfortunately, this issue remained the same in the new room as well. I had to wait for the maintenance staff until the next day to fix it.
