You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

However, restaurant was closed due to staffing issues per front desk person. Very disappointing. But the good news is that a great Mexican restaurant within a very short walking distance to hotel

United States of AmericaWhile checking in, the employee didn’t say a word to me. They didn’t tell me where my room was, about the charge for incidentals, or that you had to pay for breakfast. In the morning, I was getting breakfast for my kids and was told I needed a coupon to do so. This is something that needed to be mentioned during check in. There were no signs stating that rule either.

United States of AmericaI didn't like the fact that when we went to checkout, the person at the desk said he had already checked us out. Something about because of us going through a third party. I've been using third party for several years and that's never happened before and right before that, somebody tried to get into our room. I didn't like that at all.
It was close to Franklin Surgery Center which was the purpose for the stay.

United States of AmericaThe room was very musty/moldy smelling, as if wet clothing had soured. When we first entered it smelled heavily of air freshener, which of course dissipated and left the true odor. WiFi was difficult to connect. Room in general seemed to need updating, e.g. light switch plates were stained/grimy.
The beds were very comfortable, with nice selection of 4 pillows on each bed. Easy to access off interstate.
