We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe only thing was I did find a dead insect on the floor assuming the property is using some type of pest control spray because it was near our sliding door. The only other thing was to make sure the linen was washed with bleach there was a stain on the sheets.

United States of Americathe Fire alarm mistakenly going off in the middle of the night... not fun... carpets were a bit dirty and old looking... spa was out of service...LOVED the pool area other than that...but the pool water was FREEZING COLD! i'm sure it would cost a fortune to heat it, but just saying...
like the special pool with waterfall... liked the machine in the workout room... best i've seen as far as that goes! Front desk staff was nice but inexperienced.

United States of Americathe parking is horrible. they now have park and fly. not enough spots for your paying guest staying at the hotel. The outside access doors were unsecured throughout the day and night. there were questionable people hanging out in the stairwells. It was obvious some of the people hanging out inside of the hotel were not paying guest. breakfast is mediocre “buffet” for $15.95
the rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. even being close to airport didn’t here the noise from the airport

United States of AmericaThe places in disrepair, needs an overhaul. The grounds are not kept as well as they could be or should be for a resort. The pool was freezing so the year was off and it was missing drain cover plates on the pool deck. The exit signs and electrical wire exposed around the pool deck. That's a big No-No. The air conditioning exterior covers are all cracked or broken and the window tinting makes the windows look as if they're broken. The place looks good until you look close and there's a lot of little stuff like stains in the floor in the hallway. It's a bunch of little stuff but add it together it definitely drops this place to stars in my book. The staff was wonderful, the location was great the bed was so comfortable I wanted to take it home. Which is why it's such a shame that someone isn't just invest the money and make this place beautiful once again instead of a place that's so close with Misses the mark.

United States of AmericaWhen entering the room it looked to be cleaned pretty well. After unpacking our things and settling in we noticed a weird yellow stain on the comforter and the remote in the room had a significant amount of dirt on it. The bathroom had a vent connecting our room to the one next door and we could hear our neighbors clearly throughout the room. There is also no elevator to get you to the second floor which I found odd for a hotel near an airport that serves travelers with luggage.
The staff and location of this hotel was great. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked well.

We were meeting a relative at Fresno airport and then heading to Yosemite. The hotel was right across the road from the terminal so was perfect for the occasion. The hotel restaurant and bar was hospitable and the food was simple but OK. Breakfast was similar. We looked at the swimming pool - quite a good size for a hotel - but didn't try it. Hotel was easy to drive to, even for a UK driver!

United States of AmericaThe bathroom sink and the toilet seemed to be kinda clogged. The water went down very slowly, it was concerning especially for the toilet. The breakfast was NOT good (for us at least) The fruit was good and the coffee too, but other than that, no. Not worth the price we paid for the breakfast.
The bed was very comfortable. Room was good size, it was fairly clean. There was a smell in the room, but it went away turning on the AC.
