You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaAbsolutely no help from the staff. Can I get a towel for the pool? no. Can you heat the hot tub? no. Do you know where I can find a fork for the food that was delivered without silverware? no. One hot tub was green and slimy, the other was cold. Sauna was barely warm.

United States of AmericaSeems like many missed opportunities. The workout room has only one dumbell on the rack and one strength machine. Front desk staff not very knowledgeable about the restaurant, the elevators or the TV workings. It seems like there is a coating of sticky dust on many surfaces throughout hotel that gets on phones and countertops. Lobby could be nice with a fireplace but they do not turn it on. The gift and snack has like 4 protein bars and a few sodas but the rest is empty shelving.
Good game room and pool. Good location. Decent furniture and decor in the rooms.

United States of AmericaThere was dirt and trash in the parking lot in the back of the hotel where the elevators are located. The floors outside the main entrance and inside the lobby area looked like they hadn’t been swept in weeks also. The room was nice enough, but there was no bathroom fan. In fact, the moisture was so bad that there was a 5inch patch of drywall on the ceiling that was stained and peeling off from all the moisture trapped in the room. We left the bathroom door open to let out the moisture. I also noticed some moldy spots on the ceiling in the shower….a potential health hazard! The carpet in the room didn’t appear to have been vacuumed well, as I noticed toenail clippings, pieces of gravel and other small debris around the bed. There were no towel racks anywhere in the bathroom where we could dry our towels. We had to use the shower curtain rod as a towel rack! The two receptionists who checked us in and out, were friendly enough, but seamed depressed, irritated, or sad. Smiling was not in their repertoire! There was no breakfast offered at all, and the restaurant that used to be there seamed to be permanently closed. The whole lake Dillon area is really beautiful. It’s a shame that a three-star hotel called “The Grand” turned out to be not so grand!
I was working at an art festival in Dillon, and the location of the hotel worked out great. It only took us about 8 minutes to drive to the old town of Dillon. Also, the hotel is located close to the lake, where my wife and I found great walking trails that lead along the lake shore, and where we enjoyed looking at wild flowers, where we saw beavers, foxes, herons, and all sorts of other creatures.

United States of AmericaDon't advertise and charge for a hotel with a hot tub and pool and they NEVER work! I have stayed at this hotel 3 times and at no time were the hot tubs operating. At least offer a discount if someone books on the belief that they can enjoy a hot tub after a day of hiking or skiing and - guess what? Hot tubs BOTH out of order. Consistently.
