We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe water was unhealthy hot, and I will contact the health department today because it is a health hazard, tooooo hot. no cold or cool water options for showers and you can't take a bath. Why not? The internet was horrendous. It did not even work 50% of the time, get better Wi-Fi, spend the money and stop being cheap, it does not pay to be cheap. It will cost you repeat visitors like me.
all pork no non pork products, try turkey, spend a little more and help a lot more who do not eat pork. everything else was fine with the breakfast.

United States of AmericaThe night Front desk employee was terrible. The girl that checked me in was miserable, never smiled, wore her sunglasses the whole time. Was on her phone facetiming very loudly at the front desk when I left to get something to eat and still when I came back.
The location is the best. Day time front desk staff was great! They smiled!! The spoke!! They helped me find a Starbucks.

The trash can in front of the front doors remained filled up and overflowing for days. No one cleans the gym that we could tell. water bottles there for days. The pool was green and closed the 4 days we were there.

United States of AmericaCheck in - was not super professional, but passable. Facilities felt dated. Room itself was poor. Carpet was dirty. Surfaces were somewhat dirty. Dusty eveywhere. Bathroom was dirty and not put together. Breakfast lacked any quality - pancake machine broken for days (never worked), coffee was always empty and when there was coffee, it was weak. Hot food items were not appetizing, and there were no clear vegetarian options.
Mostly everyone seemed nice and helpful. But that was the only stellar part of the hotel. Toast bar at breakfast had everything for good toast.

United States of Americavery rough start we had to move to 3 rooms the first one the carpet was soaked the second room the air conditioning didn’t turn on the third room everything worked but there was a pungent smell in the hallway that was very strong and foul smelling. the gym was filthy and no sign on the wall for the women restroom. it looked to be an extension of the men’s room.
location was great! close to all the shopping centers we wanted to visit.

United States of AmericaThe hotel is showing its age. Floor tiles in the bathrooms of both rooms (had to change rooms due to non working air conditioning) were extremely loose. One of the bath tubs had a painted over rusty floor. No room safes.

United States of AmericaThe floor in the room was wet. Really wet. My socks were squishy when I walked on the floor. The TV flickered on and off while watching. The shower was not cleaned after the last visitors. Hair in the tub and watery soap scum in the soap dish.
The beds and sheets are superb. The location is fantastic and the price was right. The lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful. This place is very nice for the most part.

United States of AmericaDuring check-in I asked about the pool hours but was informed that the pool was under construction. The description should say that it is under construction. The picture of the pool area was one of the main reasons I booked this hotel. The 1st morning I woke up to a dead roach in the bathroom. The 2nd morning I found an unknown type of bug in the bathroom as well. The 1st morning we went down for breakfast and all the meat was gone. We asked the front desk clerk and with an attitude she said that they weren't cooking anymore.
I love the area, the comfortable bed, and most of the front desk staff was friendly. The king room was also very spacious.
