Restaurant staff were very unprofessional one evening. I wanted to order food to go so I asked the bartender for a menu. Was told the bar is closed due to a staffing issue (8:30 pm). While I was perusing the menu, 2 staff were having a personal and very unprofessional conversation while behind the bar and right in the center of it He was saying that he has a 103 fever and needs to go home and she's telling him to get out of there, yet this went on for at least 5 minutes at which point I just walked away. No one even noticed.

More bikes available. More affordable daily parking. I was lucky enough to have street parking and was glad I didn't have to pay $40 a day to park.

Hallway leading to room was dark and had musty smell to it. Vinyl flooring was in need of repair. Room had a musty smell to it at times. Wonder if not having a well ventilated bathroom was what the issue was? Didn’t like the layout of the bathroom / vanity area. Small and segmented. Unable to get drinks served to us pool side until later in the evening. Was not an option mid day.

Lots of great extras like free water bottles for guests at the front desk. Free wine hour 5-6pm daily. Great restaurant on site. Nice facility overall.

This was our 2nd stay at the upscale Kimpton and it was wonderful. We had a room facing the park, the room was clean, the bed was amazing and the bathroom was huge. Just a short walk away, we grabbed a trolley ride by the water and enjoyed some great restaurants. I loved the outdoor hotel courtyard in the evening and mingling with other happy guests. Friendly staff and very dog friendly. Savannah is beautiful!

Paying for valet parking and not having easy access to my car. There were on street parking options that I did not explore that seemed challenging in a different way.

Traveling with dog. Hotel was very dog friendly and close to a nice park and area to walk the dog easily.

Some of the staff had poor English and my foreign language isn't too good either. Made it difficult when we had some requests.

Not far from some of the downtown restaurants. Found out it's an old Coke bottling plant...kinda neat.

The concierge is a little gruff. Watched him interact with several people. I also asked for recommendations for dinner he gave me the two nearest restaurants, but then gave a younger couple different maybe a little trendier locations. Plus, I explained the restaurants he gave me did not have any openings. He said I could wait for a table for a couple or hours, but he didn't think anything was worth that wait. I ended up going to the restaurant I said I was thinking about he did not recommend and it was fabulous. The restaurant was A.Lure by City Market.

Love the garden/patio area. The wine hour is a nice touch. I have stayed here a few times, but still have not found the time to lounge by the pool, but it is stunning.

Staff was not friendly and not very helpful. Acted put out! Asked for a razor, was told housekeeping didn’t come in. Had to go down to get it. Cold weather in area asked for extra blanket was told they had none was given a sheet. Charged wrong card after clarification several Times. Asked for email receipt never received. Probably stay elsewhere.

Having the bathroom sink separate was ok except that the early riser will wake the other person. And would have liked a proper sitting chair besides the desk chair. In general, a bit pricy for the room amenities.

The location is the only somewhat downside. It is close to the Riverwalk but it's on the far end. While still very walkable, there's nothing right outside the hotel doors. That said it is very quiet.

The hotel staff is very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very dog friendly without unnecessary fees. Our family of 4 (+ 2 small dogs) stayed in a one bedroom suite and were very comfortable. The garden is very pretty for reading a book or working.

The bathroom was very tiny. The beds were not the most comfortable. I had the noisiest, squeakiest bed, which was not pleasant when sharing a room with someone else. The room next to us was in party mode and was inappropriately loud all night and into the morning, which made sleeping difficult.

The hotel in general is beautiful. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Lots of amenities and lovely features of this hotel. Not a bad location at all. Close to River street area.
