Each review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Hot tub was closed and the normal breakfast wasn't available. It's fine, these are the times but it would have been beneficial to know before hand

Night staff took forever to get snacks on room # terrible night service. The new Young Lady wirking day shift really made the difference in my staying here ever again along with IHOP staff. Thanks Jude Bk

Couldn’t stay longer. Cost was too high but I understand because of the Harley 120th anniversary.
Cleanliness, size, location, amenities, and staff exceeded my expectations.

The initial room assignment and condition.
The first room given to me had a smell and torn drapes along with being next to an exit. I then was provided a new room that was in much better shape than the original room provided to me.

-Breakfast- although it was considered hot food, was lukewarm or cold. We didn't mind paying $10.99 for breakfast, but at least have the food hot. -Shower-is very slippery(need grab bars in every room, along with better grips on floor of shower) and tile needs to be changed to non-slip tile, tile on floor gets slippery when wet. -One of the beds creaked every time I moved, never had a bed in a hotel like that -Hot tub was out of order the whole week we were there, with no explanation why. Very disappointing -When I booked this reservation through Booking.com, when we checked out, the charge was almost $30 more. Hotel couldn't give me an answer, they told me to ask Booking. Also didn't get an invoice for each day we were there, just the total, they also stated "Ask booking". Never had a problem before with this hotel. This time it was a problem.
Breakfast was lukewarm and sometimes cold Room was nice except for the slippery shower and slippery floor tiles Staff was not welcoming at all, we had to check out really early due to a very early flight and when I went to drop the hotel keys off and check out and get a receipt, the person at the desk seemed like I was bothering him, didn't even ask me how our stay was. My advice to him is "DO YOUR JOB, BUDDY! Or go somewhere else to work. We have stayed at this hotel a number of times over the years, we will NOT be staying here in the future.

Had to be moved. Shower broke and patio doors for poolside room were very hard to open. Very inconvenient.

The air conditioning in the room did not work, toilet seat and lamp was broken. Beds squeaked when you sat on them. Hot tub was not working. When talking to manager she told my partner to use ice to cool himself down. She did not want to discount room when it remained 85 degrees with window open. No other rooms available to move us to so she suggested we go to a competing hotel next door that had no available rooms. Eventually we received a total refund but I have never had such a horrible experience especially with management
The only saving grace of this place was that the same hotel clerk, Max, worked both days and he heard us talk to the manager several times so when we went back to talk to a different manager he told us he would comp the room. Clearly he should be the manager and not a clerk. He had great customer services skills.

Beds uncomfortable, room smelled like an ashtray had to move rooms the next one was just a tad better, hallways and entrance was extremely hot, the air conditioner was not working. Run down hotel, one receptionist and she was extremely busy they needed another worker. Would not stay again

No a/c in room and an extremely hot and stuffy 80+ degrees. Tv didn’t work - loud banging on doors and other guest were running up and down hallway and throughout the entire stay No sleep or rest at alll
