1st off they are renovating but nothing was posted when I booked 6 months in advance nor was I notified after booking. Bar located on site so limited parking due to bar customers. 1st room (403) had some old food or gunk splattered on wall and picture frame, my children thought it was poop. Room smelt weird. Outlets in bathroom didn’t work so I went to the front desk and they gave me another room without issues. 2nd room on 2 floor (room 618) still smelt weird but a little better than the first one. It’s May and pool was closed with green water. If I didn’t live 4 hours away I would’ve just lost my money and drove back home after the concert. It was a place to sleep and pray you didn’t bring any bugs back home. So far, no bugs.

Swimming Pool not open, Television out of date and no remote, When I asked for a remote, I got one that only can change channels and switch the TV on and off. Elevator in bad state and breakfast is a mere 4 or 5 things on a small table.

we got there and the originally said they had no rooms available. I waited 30 minutes at midnight after a long drive and finally asked for the only room they said was available but it didn’t have a tv. there were 3 other people waiting for rooms as well. the room they gave me was under construction with multiple things missing not just TV

I was given either a dirty room or a room that someone was already staying in. Once another room was given to me, the balcony door to an adjacent room was open. I didn't feel safe at all.

No breakfast like advertised and the internet did not work. Also the toilet could only be flushed every 30 minutes so of if my child needed to go, I had to wait to use the restroom. Also the hotel is under construction which I didn’t know ahead of time. The shiplap above the bed was falling down.

My room was supposed to be a remolded room. I like the shower but disappointed that there were no towel racks or any place in the shower for your soap etc. The bed is very uncomfortable like sleeping on bricks. There’s a bar& lounge located inside so the parking sucks.

The room and hotel look nothing like the pictures. I know they are in the process of renovating. Trash cans outside were overflowing. Because of the lounge a lot of people were hanging outside made you feel uncomfortable. Drinking and sitting in parking lots are a good way people get shot.

The price was reasonable and location was convenient.

The room was cool, but the outside door kept slamming all day and night. Maybe the hotel should invest in a better side door so that it won't slam with every entry/exit.

Was just very dirty halls and front reception, the elevator actually smelled like a person relieved themselves there many times. Just horrible.

They say they were in the process of redoing all the rooms, of course we did not have one of those rooms...but it was fairly clean and the bed was wonderful.

The toilet tissue nob was already broken and there was a dirty rag outside of our room when we first got there. He didn’t receive his $50 deposit.

This hotel seems to be in a hotbed of drug activity. I feel like I could see on the side of the hotel, cars waiting for that type of activity. There is now a fence between the hotel and the convenience store that is feet from the hotel. It is NOT convenient because you have to drive to the convenience store. Employees of store stated that fence was to keep the drug dealers from the hotel away from the store. This is the second time we stay. Gove it another chance. Last time, in a different room, we gave up on the TV. This time, we could not get the remote to work either in a different room. Not going to stand in a line of 10 people and one receptionist to try to get fixed. NO coffee for the morning in the lobby. Just the same baby coffee maker, that is in the rooms. I only expect fresh coffee to be in a hotel lobby. This IS the last time we stay there.

The breakfast was very 😔 For coffee, they left you a small coffee maker on the table for you to brew. Like the ones that are provided in the room. We checked out and went down the road for breakfast.

I know the are improving with upgrades but the tvs were low quality and the accessories in the bathroom were rusted esp. the shower head. The ac unit was very loud and the phone DIDN'T work at all. Not good. Strong smell of weed near entrance.
