To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of America1st off they are renovating but nothing was posted when I booked 6 months in advance nor was I notified after booking. Bar located on site so limited parking due to bar customers. 1st room (403) had some old food or gunk splattered on wall and picture frame, my children thought it was poop. Room smelt weird. Outlets in bathroom didn’t work so I went to the front desk and they gave me another room without issues. 2nd room on 2 floor (room 618) still smelt weird but a little better than the first one. It’s May and pool was closed with green water. If I didn’t live 4 hours away I would’ve just lost my money and drove back home after the concert. It was a place to sleep and pray you didn’t bring any bugs back home. So far, no bugs.
Lobby was nice and front desk staff was polite.

I waited 30 minutes at midnight after a long drive and finally asked for the only room they said was available but it didn’t have a tv. there were 3 other people waiting for rooms as well. the room they gave me was under construction with multiple things missing not just TV

Also the toilet could only be flushed every 30 minutes so of if my child needed to go, I had to wait to use the restroom. Also the hotel is under construction which I didn’t know ahead of time. The shiplap above the bed was falling down.

United States of AmericaThe room and hotel look nothing like the pictures. I know they are in the process of renovating. Trash cans outside were overflowing. Because of the lounge a lot of people were hanging outside made you feel uncomfortable. Drinking and sitting in parking lots are a good way people get shot.
The price was reasonable and location was convenient.

United States of AmericaThis hotel seems to be in a hotbed of drug activity. I feel like I could see on the side of the hotel, cars waiting for that type of activity. There is now a fence between the hotel and the convenience store that is feet from the hotel. It is NOT convenient because you have to drive to the convenience store. Employees of store stated that fence was to keep the drug dealers from the hotel away from the store. This is the second time we stay. Gove it another chance. Last time, in a different room, we gave up on the TV. This time, we could not get the remote to work either in a different room. Not going to stand in a line of 10 people and one receptionist to try to get fixed. NO coffee for the morning in the lobby. Just the same baby coffee maker, that is in the rooms. I only expect fresh coffee to be in a hotel lobby. This IS the last time we stay there.

United States of AmericaI know the are improving with upgrades but the tvs were low quality and the accessories in the bathroom were rusted esp. the shower head. The ac unit was very loud and the phone DIDN'T work at all. Not good. Strong smell of weed near entrance.
