We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe hotel was undergoing renovations. There was construction debris everywhere. The bathroom was obviously not cleaned. The plumbing had issues and the toilet would hardly flush. The bathroom sink was broken and one of the light fixtures would not work at all.
The beds were comfortable.

Front desk people nice. I checked in on the last day of the month. They gave me the password for the next day/month. Unable to reach desk by phone for a time. Tech support number no help. Long wait and the tech says they don’t do anything with passwords. Breakfast was toast and cereal. I bet these hotels won’t go back to serving a breakfast. Like the airlines, they are figuring out what the public will stand for. Folks were nice. I slept ok. It was clean. Guess you can’t expect much else.

I could have stayed somewhere less expensive that didn't have the amenities listed on the website, and I would have ! I feel that I did not receive the value I paid for, from the hotel.
The workers were helpful. It was clean and had comfortable beds.
