I didn't enjoy how crowded it was getting over to the front door to check in ! The McDonald's adjacent to the hotel was super crowded everyday, so with it having the same entrance it becomes a standstill at the entrance! Also there must've been some type of event going on because the lobby was packed with people and luggage! A good sign for the hotel though! You had to maneuver through the crowd to get to the elevator!

First and foremost I enjoyed the location! It was convenient being so close to the airport! It was clean and quiet! It's an average Holiday Inn! I didn't spend a lot of quality time there! I was out and about! I didn't get a chance to enjoy the pool or the bar! I'll check it out the next time

There really was nothing I could find fault with The shuttle driver was great and helped with my luggage both on and off the shuttle and I had no issues with my room

I just have one problem. Unfortunately I left a small navy Pouch with earrings in it in my room. I will be returning to Los Angeles on the second of June and could pick up the pouch then as iwillne at the airport for my flight home which doesn’t Lea ave until late. I would e extremely grateful if you could do this the thing I liked about the hotel was the friendliness of the staff especially as I am not very computer savvy.

I didn't like how we felt like we were being followed every where by security, made us feel very uncomfortable. Also I feel like it should come with free parking just like every where else.

A noisy protest right in front of my room (outside). From 6 to 7h30 AM... Didn't had a full night of sleep because of that. Shower had a lot of stains. Also no water pressure in the shower head. Finally, there was a very bad smell in the room.

Close to LAX. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was great!

The shower needed more pressure and consistent water temperature (Kept getting cold/hot). Also, the location is set back behind other properties making it difficult to find and the parking was not free for customers (Only a very short grace period, which is not enough to check in and drop off your bags, then leave).

The bed was large and comfortable. The room was clean and cozy. The staff were very friendly. There is shuttle service to/ from the hotel and LAX, but can run late due to continuous traffic at the airport.

The hotel staff were very accommodating. There were LOUD protests outside when checking in and 6am the next morning, but our room was upgraded to be further away from the noise and breakfast buffet cost was cut in half too. The hotel also worked with us to get checked in early.

Reception check-in service was awful. For some reason, they were not able to check me in right away and I had to wait for a big group of Chinese tourists that came after me to check in first. I was told to wait for 15mins to check in and then ended up waiting for almost 2 hours!

The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. Loved everything about it. Bonus was having restaurant downstairs that served hearty food!

Not sure it was best value for money. Shuttle was slow to arrive at the airport. Restaurant prices were pretty high ( but food was good).

The check-in procedure needs improvement. The shuttle bus determines the rhythm of checkins. I helped a woman with her bags off my shuttle and for my trouble I ended up 8 deep at checkin. Management knows that people arrive in clumps because of the shuttle, but doesn't pull an extra staff member in for a few minutes to speed check-ins. Thus it took ages to get my key. Then the restaurant was not open when I tried to go there. So I went to the McDonalds next door, which was the most dystopic one I have ever been to. Really strange people. While I was waiting for my order, I was approached multiple times by really unsavory people, not customers that I could tell, really inappropriately. I wish the hotel restaurant was open more hours!

Location and continuous shuttle to LAX were great. Room, though a bit worn around the edges, was surprisingly quiet given proximity to airport.

Friendly staff. Concierge did not know bus routes to the Santa Monica beach area. Bar was not open on our first night.

There was an hours wait at the airport for a shuttle bus.to the hotel. As we arrived during a strike it was very noisy and the catering staff were reduced. Our room was clean and adequate. Difficult to get non hotel food in the area.
