The stairs were blocked off due to them sagging and being broken, which I felt was very unsafe especially if there had been an emergency.

I did not like that the bar was not stocked for the entire three days we were there. There was absolutely no variety other than beer. On Saturday the bartender closed the bar earlier and gave us liquor in plastic cups. The buffet breakfast was horrible. There was no variety and the food was cold. I was not aware of any other services (spa tours etc) because we were not informed at the time of check in.

I loved the live DJ and the ability to watch the playoffs. The pool was nice. The easy checkout through the phone was smooth.

We waited over an hour for food Sat night and the breakfast Sun morning was awful... The food service was abysmal the entire time. I will say that the wait staff was great and apologetic.

They did not tend to the room while I was there for a multi night stay I had to make my own bed and track down housekeeping for clean towels and coffee cups and coffee pods for the room as well as leave the trash outside my room door when it was full as they did not come in my room at all

The property appeared run down. The pictures on the website were misleading.

The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and the staff was nice and professional. The price was fair and our room was ready early.

No microwave...in room..... breakfast not free...only buffet weekends for 12.99. Toilet next door kept going on and off the...whole time

The hallways are maze-like and disorienting... We genuinely could not find our room. We had to get the front desk guy to save us. Also there was a tweaker outside blocking the door and we had to sneak past him it was scary.

It was a long walk to my room, and the pool had a large footprint so the hotel lobby smelled like pool

The restaurant was staffed solely by a server on their first day. Although what we good was good, the selections were lacking for what seems like a great facility. Most hotels at this price level have a free breakfast.

Getting to the room was a little difficult, but the room itself was very comfortable.

Bathtub was disgusting. Painted coating peeling off. The area is a bit sketchy. Didn’t feel safe after dark going to and from vehicle.

We chose the late check out. While packing our stuff to the car, we were locked out of the building. We walked around to the lobby to reactive the card; however, it still would not let us into the building. Called the front desk to have someone open the door for us. They assured us they would send someone. 10 minutes later, no one. No answer on the phone. Luckily, other guests let us in.

Our room opened up to a patio area with tables. There was a pond view from our sliding door, and we could walk to it. Nice pool and lobby.

Because I stayed for a week, the housekeeping services ignored my room I would find the maid to get clean towels, drinking glasses, coffee pods. They said that my room was not on their list to do as it was still occupied. I had to make my own bed every day (not a big deal because I do it at home), just not something I expect to have to do at a hotel. Parts of the hotel were showing it's age, the outside stairs, though painted, they were clearly rusting and soon will be a serious safety hazard.

Low price, decent hotel, close to the highway but not hearing traffic go by Parking was well lit.

There were roaches in our room and there was a section that looked as if it hadn't been dusted since the room was furnished. There was also a man pacing back and forth through the hallways who looked drugged out of his mind and up to no good. Walked past him once and smiled but he gave a look of pure hatred/ malice. It made me very uncomfortable. The building security has picked on my boyfriend every time we've been there but doesn't have the time to kick out actual potentially dangerous people.

The deck was very nice and the room itself was very pretty. Good location if you're looking to visit Louisville on a budget.

I paid for another room online to be able to stay in the same room. An I called down to the front desk and she said yes mam we can do another day for ya. Then they kicked the person I was with and out of the room. So I called down there and the manager said I didn't pay and I told him I did and he hung up on me! He was very rude and did not try to help the situation out at all. I had to speak to his employee to get it fixed and refunded cause after that I wasn't staying there.
