Front desk one employee do not remember her name but never smiled didn’t make us feel welcomed. On the last morning there ( which was a Monday) we were going to the dining room for breakfast and we were at the door of the restaurant tried to open it and we hear “Don’t do that, it’s closed , it’s only opened on the weekends. ) Sounded very rude. We just checked out and left. This person needs a lesson on better customer interaction to make the customers feel welcomed and happy that they chose the Holiday Inn.

The only negativity was the absence of breakfast dining on weekdays.

Check-in and checkout was done quickly and professionally, room was spacious with great air conditioning.

Staff was indifferent/curt at front desk. Check in was at 3pm with NO exceptions and there were still rooms available on night we stayed so they were not fully booked. Other hotels usually accommodate earlier check in if the room is ready. We arrived around 1pm. So we had to keep our luggage in the hot car for the whole day/evening. Since we were only there for one night, we did not want to break up our one day in Beach Haven to drive all the way back to the hotel mid day. No breakfast was offered in the restaurant.

Room was spacious, bathroom was very clean and the king bed/bedding was excellent. Really liked the double shower. Room was set up very well and had all amenities that you could need. My husband loved the Kuerig coffee maker and the convenience of not having to search for his requisite morning cup. There was a cute snack shop in the lobby that was well stocked. Beautiful restaurant on the premises, fire pits, nice pool, and a large activity center for kids but we did not use any of that. Still a great option for families.

What I like about the property was the parking lot is very big the arcade room for kids amazing the hotel was very clean and the staff is very pleasant and the rooms was very comfortable!!!

Asked the front desk if they could make more coffee , it was 930 and there was no coffee. She said I’m busy I will get to it. She then went and disappeared came back and never made any coffee! Don’t remember her name she was a red head and had such an attitude.. I left and got Starbucks …

The price, especially for off season was still pretty high.

Breakfast was not included. Location was great, and there was ample parking. A bit pricey, but when it comes to a clean hotel, willing to pay a bit more.
