Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe hotel itself was not as clean as I hoped for. It needs a lot of repairs, and it just looks weird like the layout. There is a lot of unnecessary empty space. They don't provide breakfast during the week, and on Sat and Sun, it's $16 per person.
The front office staff were awesome. They helped me a lot, made me feel welcomed, and were very professional. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were clean.

United States of AmericaThe pool was closed the first day & the second day it was occupied by a party. So we couldn’t use the pool. The hotel doesn’t offer food except on the weekends unlike the website shows. The rooms looked nice till you actually look around. Then u see what you don’t want to see. I did get small discount for not being able to use the pool. Then I got a call after I left & got another discount due to mold in the room. It was nice to get the discount. I’d rather have gotten use of the pool food & no mold though. Also just FYI don’t buy a water bottle from them I payed $5.00 but my daughter was so thirsty.
The hotel was beautiful & the staff were pleasant

United States of AmericaThe cold hallways and the fact that not all side doors open with a room key. Finding this out when returning to the hotel late isn't fun but again the staff was helpful and it was a simple fix.
Being right off the pool area, it was convenient and not at all noisy like you would assume being so close to a busy area of the hotel.

CanadaThe shower pressure was terrible, and the drain was clogged, so water pooled up to my calfs by the time my shower was done. Cleaning staff came in to change our garbage during our 2 night stay. However, they did not refill fresh towels for our second morning shower. I loved the bed because I prefer soft mattresses, but beware to any who prefer a hard mattress like my hubby, the beds are very soft, like sink you in soft
Nice hotel, super convenient for anyone attending events at Gillette Stadium. The staff was nice and it was very clean.

United States of AmericaChef did a great job cooking, but I think you guys need to work on keeping the temperature of the food. We came at 730 for breakfast, and just about everything that should be hot was cold. And the fruit honestly tasted a little old. The pineapple had a weird old sour taste. Our room has old nasty fries under fridge that look like they have been there for weeks. Also, the hair dryer didn't work. I don't know if it was the outlet in the rooms or the hair dryer, but both didn't work in the bathroom. Also, the tub was dripping all night... no one took showers, and I tried to close it as tight as I could. Honestly, it's all minor things, but the place is great, and so are the staff. I love mostly everything about this place and will be back i just hope some of my concerns do get taken into consideration. Thank you
I loved the layout of where the pool is and how there are balconies up above its just something about the way its set up that makes you feel like you are on a real vacation away somewhere. The staff seemed very friendly, polite and accommodating.

United States of AmericaI did not dislike anything. The facility looks a bit worn and could be freshened up with paint and stuff, but this did not really detract from our stay.
The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient and easy to find off the highway. Our room was comfortable. Being able to take an Uber to and from the concert was a huge bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

United States of AmericaI really dont not have a single complaint at all. One night u really don't see all the surroundings but I gotta say over and all DEFINITELY A PLACE I WOULD STAY @ AGAIN, AS WELLCAS RECOMMEND.
Daughter loved the indoor nk pool. That's the initial reason we stayed here. She LOOOVES staying in hotel's and today was her b day party and one of her gifts was to stay at a hotel w/an indoor pool. OBVIOUSLY, SHE WAS OVER RHE MOON. I have ZERO COMPLAINTS at all, not a one. It was exactly how described which was in no way bad at all. We will definitely 100% be returning for another stay. Thanks to all the helpful, and courteous staff I actually came into contact with. KUDOS I SAY.............KUDOS!!!! THANKS AGAIN. SEAN FLYNN. STAY WAS 6/18/22.

United States of America*1. There is a hole in the roof above the pool, snow is seen falling through and creating a puddle. You can see sunlight through the holes *2. There is a hole in the ceiling near the vending machines outside room 203. Stream of water destroying the ceiling and floor. 3. Hot tub is closed despite advertisement 4. Little to no food selection. The in house restaurant was closed the entire stay. 5. The snow plows blocked me and my girlfriends car in. Took us an hour each to shovel our cars out. We had to push her car because the lot was not completely plowed. 6. We had to switch rooms twice. Our heater seemed to let a draft in, I noticed during a snowstorm there was snow coming into the room. There was a section of open space between the heater and wall letting wind in. 7. The second time we switched rooms the heater in that room wouldn't wouldn't turn on. Our third room had an actual thermostat on the wall, and kept the room at a decent temp without constantly turning it off and on. Every room should have a real thermostat
Staff very nice and responsive to complaints. Obviously thy ate short staffed so I appreciate the good vibes
