We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of AmericaThe breakfast was mediocre. When I opened the to-go box, I knew immediately the sausage old. I tore it opened. It was comparable to beef jerky, but drier. Any honest food server would have been ashamed to serve it. A better call would have been to tell the customer they were out of sausage and suggest something else.

It’s the second nicest hotel in the area . Everything below this hotel is nothing but dope heads & roaches in them. You don’t have to worry about things like that here.

United States of AmericaFacility needs to be upgraded, felt old and damp. 4th floor cleaning staff apparently skipping steps, Dog hair on bed, unclean shower curtain and stained sheets and pillow cases, There was NO OUTDOOR lighting around the pool area and not kept clean. Back door needs card reader for easy entry when front parking lot is full and customers have to park in back.
Didn't eat the breakfast because we didn't know there was one. Location of hotel was good and front desk staff nice.
