We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomNo airport shuttle available, but Taxis a plenty at the transportation area of the Airport. Room was perfect, clean and tidy and well serviced. the location, we were a bit out of town, but the free shuttle bus available all day and into the night was a great service, which took us right into Downtown Nashville and the bustle of the city.

United States of AmericaThere isn't a way to get a cord from the TV, to hook up our devices, even if for a small fee to "rent them" during our stay. That would be a decent thing to offer. My son was unfortunately stuck in the room until concert time due to a sprained ankle and him having his stuff to watch on TV would've made his stay a bit better.
Everyone was welcoming and kind. The room was clean and cozy, decent balcony view. Housekeeping staff kind and attentive to our needs. They have live music every night in an adjoining little restaurant and a pool too!

United KingdomNothing major, rooms could do with modernising and there was no safe. I didn't have a car when visiting here as I picked up a hire car after, paying to park would have annoyed me however I believe this is standard in Nashville?
A decent location away from the craziness with a handy free shuttle to take you downtown. Clean room with fridge microwave and coffee making facilities. Decent bar and restaurant options nearby.

United States of Americawe got put in a handicap room which is inconvenient when your not handicap and this also caused us to not have balcony that we planned for. We arrived at 11am and was told we can check in at 1pm. Went back and room still wasn’t ready. Then went downtown and went back to check in later that night and got put in handicap room. we should of had a regular room and was there early (twice) so we shouldn’t of gotten left over rooms.

United States of AmericaThe only negative I can think of, and it is not entirely the hotel's fault, but when we arrived, it was dark and raining which made it difficult to find the back entrance to the hotel from the parking lot. It was not well lit or well marked for those conditions, I guess.
The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice and helpful. The shuttle bus that took us to a restaurant was a nice feature. We even got the recommendation for the restaurant from the hotel staff, and it did not disappoint. Having the security feature of needing a room key to operate the elevator helped us to feel safer.

United States of AmericaThe carpets in hallways and rooms need shampooing and the rooms need tv updates. also the wallpaper and paint is dingy and there are stains and marks on the walls. There was also a stinch that I couldn’t figure out when laying in bed. They had a Keurig but only 2 regular coffee pods and 1’caffeinated. For $300 I guess I just expected more. Booking.com stated that I had a $20 breakfast voucher and then Holiday Inn stated this wasn’t accurate and that I would have to pay $12 for each breakfast per person. No indoor pool, No sauna, and $30 just to park. Never again!!!
