Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1–10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We're currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate "subscores" in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

United States of AmericaThe staff was amazing. The free shuttle service, Rusty and Rick, and all the other crew allowed us to explore the city without the stress of driving! The Commodore Grill was really good, too. The food was hearty and filled you up, and it's convenient because it's right in the hotel lobby. Our favorite wait staff was Kerry and Ferdinand. They took the time to tell us where to go and even how to get there. They often came back to check on us for refills or whatever else we may need. There's also live entertainment there every night! Right across the street is Centennial Park with lots to see and do. Walking distance to many restaurants and local businesses. There's a very nice pool with plenty of seating and a nice size workout center. Even checking out was fast and simple with Keniah. This hotel has it all. We are already planning our next trip and this is absolutely where we will stay. Everyone made us feel very welcome! Can't wait to go again.

United States of AmericaThe beds are like sleeping on a concrete slab - it was horrible- the gate to get in and out was broken- and the pay to park was only 10 cheeper then valet and in the back of the hotel - if I have to pay to park my own car in a very inconvenient location then it should be way cheeper the if I allow your staff to park my car in a very close parking area- I paid 30 a night - 15 maybe 20 would be understandable. But in all reality it’s just another way to take in money - if we were closer to down town pay to park might have even been more understandable- parking should come with the room.
Absolutely loved the location - the staff were great and the breakfast was by far the best hotel breakfast we have had in the last 2 years ( 4 other trips) .

United States of AmericaThe $30+ tax per night parking fee seems to be a little excessive.
The staff and location were exceptiona!l! Something important to me are bathroom needs. I found the cleanliness, quality of the toiletries, and the ample supply of linens to be first rate. Also, the shuttle service was not only free but was very convenient and had a fantastic schedule. Finally, the daily breakfast buffet was always fresh and plentiful.

United States of AmericaOur room had a wet spot in the carpet when we arrived. Positive it means they scrubbed something. Negative was- it was still wet and smelled like bleach a bit. I’d rather have damp and clean than dry and stained though!
Friendly and centrally located

Paying $30 to park is crazy, especially when you are already paint for a room! $17 for breakfast is also crazy! We ate at Cracker Barrel for the same price!

United States of AmericaWe had a rough start as our room was not ready and we had some dirty / stained linens and the shower door was water stained, however, housekeeping righted everything. Given how long it takes to get hot water to the upper floors I am not surprised by the shower door. Lastly, the advertising for the Executive Queen Room was not very truthful and properly described and misleading. You get a queen room and access to a lounge down the hallway. It's not an enlarged room.
The staff was extremely nice, and your desk clerk loaned us his air compressor so we could safely return to the airport. The housekeeping staff was very accommodating when we had a rough start too. Honestly, I think they might need a few additional housekeeping employees as they work especially hard to make everyone's stay enjoyable.
